Helpfulness of the staff members to accommodate my mom and sister!
I wanted to upgrade the room for my family via the Booking.com facility but there was no option but to cancel and re-book, which would have cost more than a simple upgrade. I hop they improve on this matter to allow for an upgrade option during the stay.

bathroom water not draining. we have to use wiper for drain water while bathing. it’s uncomfortable.
It's a clean and comfortable apartment with nice city view! The staffs were very helpful even they don't really speak a lot of English. The location is in the city center and easy to find a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and various shops.
There was no washing machine in our apartment so the information of booking page was wrong. But the staffs moved a small washing machine to our room so we could wash our clothes!! They were really helpful!!
