Stay Away if You Value Cleanliness & a Peace of Mind
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. This property was completely run down and in desperate need of renovations. It is conjoined to a popular restaurant that appeared to have good food, but that’s the only plus I can list.

Cons:

The building was a bit squalid, the room I was assigned to appeared to be unclean as I was uncomfortable putting my things down. The mattress was basically on the floor and was dirty; not to mention uncomfortable. I noticed that there were roaches in the hallway.

I left the property frustrated because I had a long flight to Cali and needed to get some rest, but the state of this place forced me to seek that elsewhere. I would not recommend at all.
