Clean, cozy and comfortable
Pros:

We liked this hotel and enjoyed our stay there. The staff was really helpful and attentive, breakfast was good and the location is quite right: close enough to walk to the city centre but far enough to have a peaceful sleep. The restaurant was closed (festive days) but we loved having a couple of beers there, with a nice view of the town. Good choice for Popayan.

Cons:

We booked this place because it has parking, but suffered a bit with the space to park. Also, It can be hard to find if you're driving. We followed Google Maps' directions and ended up on another side of the same street, which was a dead end. We had to call them to find our way.

Excelente lugar muy hermosa la vista, es un amanecer precioso el canto de los pájaros es bellísimo
Pros:

Me pareció tranquilo ideal para descansar después de un día de trabajo, me pareció muy amable la atención desde la recepción pendientes que no le falte nada como viajero, se interesan por el bienestar y la seguridad.

No acostumbro a dejar malas reseñas, pero tengo duda frente a las 5 estrellas del hotel, porque no es coherente con el servicio, la ubicación, el desayuno las opciones son limitadas como un hotel simple, huevo con pan y chocolate o café con leche, me sentí poco satisfecha porque uno confía en la aplicación que hacer una reserva a un hotel 5 estrellas y realmente no lo es, sería bueno revisar esa valoración
