C’est presque parfait
Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins l’hôtel est magnifique et très bien situé le restaurant avec sa terrasse sur la ville le garage sécurisé pour les motos

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est très simple et pourrait être amélioré pour un tel établissement

In a quiet area, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice, and the breakfast was great. It is one of the best rooms I have had in Colombia. When I'm in Popayan again I will stay here.
