Boravak u San Servolo Resort bio je ozbiljno razočaranje, prvenstveno zbog higijene koja je bila ispod svake prihvatljive razine.
Po dolasku u sobu zatekli smo crve na podu u kupaonici, kao i paučinu i pauke na stropu. Sve je uredno dokumentirano fotografijama i videom. Ovo nije pitanje subjektivnog dojma nego jasan propust u održavanju sobe.
Dodatno razočarava činjenica da se ni nekoliko dana nakon odlaska nitko nije javio s konkretnim odgovorom, iako je to bilo obećano. Takav odnos prema gostu ostavlja dojam potpune nezainteresiranosti za rješavanje problema. U ovom trenutku ne mogu preporučiti ovaj objekt. Smatram da je minimum profesionalnosti preuzeti odgovornost i ponuditi adekvatnu kompenzaciju za ovakav propust, što ovdje nažalost nije bio slučaj. Ukoliko se situacija naknadno korektno riješi, spreman sam ažurirati ovu recenziju.

Pros:

Ovo je mjesto koje definitivno zaslužuje same riječi hvale, od ambijenta i hrane do osoblja koje se toliko trudi upoznati svakoga gosta i napraviti sve da se osjećate dobrodošlo. Nije ni čudo da se ljudi ovdje rado vrate (baš kao što ćemo i mi). Predivno!

Peaceful, lovely bedrooms, amenities. Great staff and lovely breakfast.
Pros:

Lovely resort, beautiful bedrooms with great beds and relaxing surroundings. Went for our 10-year anniversary, my wife and I had such a relaxing weekend. All the best words for people working there, from reception, kitchen, restaurants, massage crew, etc. Breakfast was really amazing, everything coming fresh from 7-10AM. Two saunas, pools, and a (smaller) gym were great also.
