Pros:

La ubicación, la tranquilidad, acceso simple. Comercios muy cerca. El Dpto muy cómodo, amplio.

Cons:

Parkin lleno en la unidad del departamento, pero se encuentran otros lugares en otra unidades.-

Localização excelente , excelente apartamento com cozinha completa , boas camas , bons lençois e toalhas . Area de serviço completa e wifi , boas camas . Sempre que entramos em contato com a administradora fomos prestamente respondidos com exatidão. Teve nossa aprovação.

problemas no controle de temperatura ambiente , os quartos e os banheiros ficavam muito quentes em comparação com o ambiente da cozinha e da sala

We as a family loved the location and facilities in the resort

Cons:

I loved the property and the facilities but as a wheelchair user I would love a grab rail in the shower. It was hard for me as a wheelchair user trying to have a shower but it is the only negative I could find with the property.

Great Location, but Major Cleanliness and Health Concerns
Pros:

The best feature of this apartment is its fantastic location. It was incredibly convenient for our trips to both Disney World and Universal Studios. We also appreciated the surrounding infrastructure, with two supermarkets just a short walk away, which made grabbing groceries very easy.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the positive aspects of our stay were overshadowed by significant issues with the apartment's condition. Upon arrival, we were met with a persistent funk smell. The unit is old and suffers from a lack of maintenance, with visible mold and rust in several areas. The dishwasher was so rusty inside that we felt it was unsafe to use.

The overall cleanliness was well below standard. On our second day, my wife spent a significant amount of time and money on cleaning supplies to make the space habitable. We also had to purchase our own bed sheets, as the ones provided had suspicious stains.

Most concerning, by the end of our two-week stay, both my wife and I were suffering from bad allergy symptoms, which we believe were a direct result of the mold and poor air quality in the apartment.

While the location is a major draw, the serious cleanliness and maintenance issues prevent us from recommending this rental.

Comfortable and good value
Pros:

Top floor and near back of property. It was comfortable and the 2 beds in the second rooms was perfect for us. The owner also replied quickly when required.

Cons:

Nothing. The kitchen could’ve had a pizza cutter and big pot for pasta but that really wasn’t a big deal.

Have the access of the 2 pool of the complex, situation to go easly to disney or universal

just need to know the appartement is part of complex Floridays resort but not link with the Hotel reception it's an independant appartement !
You need to directly go to bulding F on floor 6 to found the appartement 603 this information are missing and you will walk a lot if you don't go directly to te bulding with your taxi...
