Open Toilet in the Luxory Room
Pros:

It is in a beautiful area, lovely surroundings

Cons:

There was an open, black toilet just one meter from the bed. If you pee, the entire room fills with the smell—not to mention when you poop. This was not shown in the photos, yet this was the promised 'bathroom'! We talk about a 200€+ per night luxury apartman!

The shower was also in the room. The kitchen was joint with other guests.

There is no cleaning in the rooms, no new towels, only if you pay extra for it.

Heerlijk verblijf tijdens de wintersport
Pros:

Zeer mooie ruimte. Veel hout en dus typisch Oostenrijks. Meeste faciliteiten waren aanwezig. Vriendelijke host die snel reageert.

Cons:

Keuken was wat krap en je heb niet echt een ruimte waar je samen kunt zitten.

Heel goed en luxe appartement, heerlijk verblijf.
Pros:

Het appartement ligt echt prachtig, bovenin de bergen met een schitterend uitzicht; het appartement is mooier dan op de foto's. In het appartement zelf is alles aanwezig wat je verwacht van een luxe appartement, inclusief verrassingen zoals een open haard (en hout dat je kan pakken) en een up to date en complete, luxe keuken met zelfs een Miele-inbouwkoffiemachine. De staf van de locatie is ook echt zeer alert en attent. Alles wat nodig is, wordt geregeld voor je en de eigenaar zelf heet je welkom, en komt door de week heen regelmatig vragen of er nog iets nodig is; zeer attent. We hadden vooraf wat twijfels omdat de recensies op deze website wel positief maar wat schaars waren, maar zowel de locatie zelf als de eigenaren hebben alle verwachtingen overtroffen. Een aanrader, dus; we komen zeker terug! Waar hieronder negatieve opmerkingen worden gemaakt over bv. schoonmaak of check in: dat hebben wij totaal niet ervaren.

Cons:

Dit is niet negatief voor het appartement zelf maar wie verwacht naar het dorp of de pistes te kunnen lopen: dat gaat niet, het ligt te ver af. Maar: je krijgt er wel heel veel rust, natuur en uitzicht voor terug en dat is het meer dan waard!

Viel zu teuer und unprofessionell gemanaged.
Pros:

Es war ruhig und der Stil der Räume war schön, jedoch zu überladen von Holz. Zu viel wurde mit Altholz verblendet, wirkt drückend.

Cons:

Es war Niemand vor Ort. And Telefon ging auch Niemand, es wurde erst nach 20 Minuten zurück gerufen. Der Check In erfolgt dann über das Telefon. Das ganze Gebäude stand leer, das Restaurant scheint offenbar langfristig geschlossen. Das Gebäude wirkte ungepflegt. Der Renovierungsmüll wurde nur am Nachbargebäude mit Sichtschutz verblendet. Vom Balkon aus sieht man jedoch nicht nur den „Kaiser“, sondern auch den Bauschutt. Die versprochenen Kaffebohnen in der Kaffeemaschine waren genauso wenig aufgefüllt wie dass das Wifi auf Anhieb funktioniert hätte.

Exceptional
Pros:

The hotel is a beautifully renovated space with great views over the valley. We were a group of 8, so the individual bedrooms (with direct outside access) was wonderful. Each room also has its own bathroom / shower. There is also a fully-stocked kitchen. The owners were amazingly helpful, and even brought us some baked goods for breakfast one morning!

Cons:

The electronic keys were difficult to use, but other than that everything was great!
