Good and calm place, good communication with the host, especially when we arrived very late at night.

Cons:

Our room was in the basement, so it was pretty dark, humid, smelly, we found cockroaches in the bathroom, the shower was not very convenient to bath (but we had hot water), we could here all the noises from the next room, because there was no noise isolation. And we could not lock our door when we wanted to explore the city.

. It was close to the square with restaurants and shops. The hosts were lovely.

Cons:

The room was OK, quite dark, and not much space. The bathroom was dirty, and the kitchen was not clean either. Luckily, we only stayed a few hours there. The place looks much better in the photos than in reality. I would not stay there again.
