Pros:

incredible location!! 1/2 block from main street. Walking distance to most of the restaurants. (and that's said by a double hip replacement person)

Cons:

parking setup... its not bad... but unfortunately not ideal.

I liked everything! The room, the location, price!!! Very cute all around!!

Cons:

Not really a dislike but the parking was not by the hotel. Kinda disappointed that I couldn’t watch my car. But I really didn’t need it while staying there.

everything exceeded expectations, and expectations were already high! the only complaint we had was that there was no one at the property to clean, which would have been fine, but there were also no cleaning supplies left for us to use. the beach is super close by, and we would have appreciated at least a broom! other than that it was 11/10, if we were to come back to folly we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Eclectic Meets Retro
Pros:

The place had the coolest vibe by far. Eclectic meets retro for sure. Outside our door was one of many amazing pieces of musical artwork with this one being of the group Chicago's "17" poster. Our stay was for our 17th wedding anniversary and we thought this was an unexpected nice touch and inside the room was a poster from the Spoleto music festival which my wife participated in back in the day as well.....

Cons:

Could use a box of tissues and working porch/deck lights, both very minor things compared to our overall wonderful stay!

I WILL BE BACK AND GIVING OTHERS THIS HOTEL INFORMATION FOR THIER FUTURE STAY.
Pros:

The atmosphere was GREAT! The room was cool and relaxing once I arrived. I loved that the TV ws playing the instrumental jazz which I left on the entire visit. The bathroom was spotless. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed was just right!! Location and walk to the beach were great.

Cons:

Invest in a dolly so customer can put their luggage on to go to their rooms. I was visiting by myself and had a lot of bags to lug out my car into the elevator. a Dolly would have been a great help.
