Pessoal da recepção, restaurante, muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Demora nas solicitações de reparo no ar condicionado. Por 2 vezes solicitado, ninguém apareceu. E a desculpa era sempre a mesma: “Já coloquei no grupo de manutenção.”

Cafe da Manha.

Cons:

Quarto n foi bem limpo (cabelos na cama e nos travesseiros e no chao tinha farelos de alimentos) e as toalhas apesar de cheirosas, estavam da cor do pano de chão.

Gostei da localização, do atendimento do rapaz da recepção no checkin e principalmente do atendimento nota 10 da funcionária EDUARDA no café da manhã.

Cons:

Das instalações com relação aos seguinte ítens:
Quarto: -bem amplo mas sem uma mesinha e sem 1 ou 2 cadeiras, tivemos que trabalhar sentados na cama;
-Salão para refeições extremamente gelado, sem ar condicionado quente;
-A funcionaria do checkaut se NEGOU a fornecer a Nota Fiscal, alegando algun procedimento que teria que ser feito no checkin mas que não foi nos informado.
Obs.:com relação a esse item vou informar à Receita Estadual.

Extremamente confortável.
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso e acomodações modernas. Tudo muito limpo, cheiroso, camas macias, banheiro ótimo. Foi extremamente agradável pra gente ter ficado no hotel inn, ultrapassou as expectativas que tínhamos. Com certeza voltaríamos mais vezes.

Cons:

A possibilidade de não conseguir desligar o ar-condicionado do quente, heheh.
