El parque del hotel es muy lindo, el desayuno espectacular, muy buena la atención del personal.

Cons:

El circuito de spa hace unos años estaba incluído en el precio, me decepcionó que ahora se paga aparte cuando lo venden como hotel spa, se supone que debería incluirse o al menos deberían avisar.

Me parece un exceso el chek in a las 15hs, es muy tarde. Nos presentamos 14.30hs y nos hicieron esperar si o si hasta las 15hs. El check out hasta las 12, solicitiamos lo amplien y tuvimos que pagar extra

la pileta intera extremadamente chica, estaba siempre llena no se pudo disfrutar.
El chek in a las 15hs es extremadamente tarde, y nos dejaroningresar hasta las 15hs en punto cuando habiamos llegado 14.30

Nos pareció poco cortés y abusivo que habiendo llegado antes del horario del check in el hotel por utilizar las instalaciones hasta la hora de entrada pretendía cobrarnos un 50% más de la tarifa abonada.
