Zimmer top, Personal ausbaufähig

Das Zimmer war traumhaft.

Cons:

Bedienung im Restaurant. (Mir wurde ein Haus-Bier angeboten, am Nebentisch wurde den Leuten erklärt das man nur Puntigamer hätte, weil noch zu wenig los ist um das Haus-Bier Fass zu öffnen)

Am Abend konnte das Zimmer nicht bezahlt werden und am Morgen musste ich ca 15 min Warten da das Rezeptionspersonal noch nicht anwesend war um die Abrechnung durch zu führen. (Bei Geschäftsreisen eher schlecht da man Termine hat)

Immer wieder gern
Pros:

Es war wie schon so oft ein genialer Aufenthalt. Dort hin zu kommen ist wie heimkommen, ein Ort an dem man sich wohlfühlt und wo man gerne ist.
Das Personal ist immer zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett, aber nie aufdringlich.
Das Zimmer ist und war immer absolut sauber, die Betten total gemütlich und für mich so wichtig, es richt nicht nach Industriereiniger.
Beim Frühstück fehlt es an nichts, Wünsche werden selbstverständlich erfüllt. Ich freu mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.
