There is nothing i liked about this hotel.
Breakfast quality is very poor..and time is very very short..also some time we cannot get.what we want again...
The staff behaviour is really bad..they charge much more as from booking.com and also the rooms are very very dirty and have very bad smell..lobby area is also not good..the waiting area sofas are like trash and have bad smell.also every time they block our room key. Even we pay 5 days advance and its really discuting..feel ashamed to come back on counter again and again and ask them to recharge again our room key everyday..
Specially Sales Manager Mr. Nobote is very nice person way of talk and support was outstanding.
Some of staff member could not concentrate and behavior also not good. One of manager don't know name but behavior is very rude....

The bathroom was too small. Otherwise our experience was good. Staff communication was excellent. The location was nice.
