Great
Pros:

After reading some reviews I was slightly apprehensive but I shouldn’t have been. My room was fine! Clean and modern, double bed. Bathroom and shower was absolutely fine, toilet was fine, everything clean. There was a very slight smell but barely noticed to be honest. Window looked at a wall but didn’t really care. The hotel itself is on one floor and seemed clean and modern. The entrance isn’t anywhere near as hard to find as some other reviewers mentioned, I just used common sense. Photo of entrance attached, just go through this door and walk up the stairs to the hotel, so easy! Staff were helpful. Would recommend getting the free 72 bus down the road to and from airport rather than a taxi. The location is amazing too, right in the centre by the main high street!

Удобный вариант для тех, кому нужна возможность работать в номере, потому что есть стол и скоростной интернет. Довольно тепло в номере, есть кухня, чайник, всё необходимое для проживания.

Cons:

В коридоре, на кухне и в ванной комнате нет отопления, подушка и постельное бельё неудобные, как и освещение. Обогреватель работал хорошо, но довольно шумно, шум был и с улицы от машин.

Cheap and central, basic accommodation.
Pros:

Ideally located in a central position, very close to the main square. Early, self checkin is very welcome, as was the owner meeting me at the property. Cannot beat the price and facilities at your disposal. Noise from the busy main road was not a problem.

Cons:

The property is a little tired and not very aesthetically pleasing. That said, for a few nights at a very competitively priced rate it is livable.

Definitely to be back.
Pros:

Everything has been very easy, contact and directions were clear and precise. The bed was really comfortable and all the possible bathroom utilities have been available. Very likely I will stay there again when I return to Belgrade 👍

Cons:

If I have to find an issue the only thing that I did notice was the street noises. But, at the end, I slept anyway deeply as I was tired because of the trip.

Pros:

The host was very warm and friendly. He took me from McDonald's to my accommodation, introduced the surroundings in detail, and gave me a tourist map of Belgrade. The room is in a very good location, the room is spacious, has a private balcony, air conditioning, washing machine, and all kinds of cooking facilities are complete. The price is very cost-effective, I recommend everyone to stay~

Pros:

Marko was kind and explained everything well at the check in.
It is central.

Cons:

I have to say that the bathroom was really dirty. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years.
Also, there was a very dusty shelves in the room. I think he should take care of it.
