Very uncomfortable & very bad place to stay

The room was not neat & clean. The bed spread was dust color. We could find dust everywhere. Bathroom was dirty. I paid Rs. 1400+ & the room worth was Rs. 100

Pros:

Room was with Full of Mosquitos, whole night there were lots of powercuts, during powercut in the Night we got stuck in the lift also. Horrible experience

Avoid fab hotels if using booking.com

Cons:

First, they canceled the booking in the original location and shifted our booking to another one 7km away from the original location which caused great discomfort as my plans for the day involved additional traveling. Secondly, the new location didn't give us the number of rooms that we paid for.
We paid the amount in full for 3 rooms with breakfast and the lodge gave us 2 rooms for the same price and didn't even give us breakfast.

Not hygienic and is with dirty bathroom .. not worth a room for 1460
Pros:

Nothing good to say at all...

Cons:

The bathroom and commode were dirty and stained. The bathroom tiles were with hairdye products.

The bedspread is not changed and is given away to the next guest without sanitizing as they vacate a room and give it to new guests in just 10 mins by resetting the same bedding 😕

Disappointing
Pros:

Although breakfast was included in price, hotel staff informed that they dont serve breakfast. Bedsheets were not clean, it was stained and hairs of previous guests were all over the pillows and beds.

Cons:

Although, the location was good, there was no room receive. Hotel Staff did not care anything about guest requirements.
