We were given a room which had a very strong cigarette smell,bathroom with no lock.We asked for a different room but this time the AC was not working,when asked about it the night manager rudely said if the AC is not working we cant do anything.After asking to come and check he gave another room which again had cigarette smell.Finally they gave a room which was ok but water heater was not working.Dont make the same mistake we did by just going with the rating do check reviews..OYO customer service is funny, when we informed them about this in booking.com chat they sent a general reply saying thanks for staying with us..
