Very pleased with everything!
Pros:

They were very helpful with an incident that we had in our room with the electricity. They got a new room and then gave us two free days of breakfast. The location was also great and I would totally stay here again.

Cons:

They could use a bigger elevator.

Very nice social place in an excellent location
Pros:

The location is great. Airconditioning in the room without a sound - excellent, very rare. Friendly service in the restaurant.

Cons:

No raw veggies for breakfast - only in the form of ready products like spreads. I missed plain cucumbers or tomatoes. The concept of the shower right in the room may be not to everyone‘s liking, but it was quite ok for us.

Bardzo ładny pokój, fajnie urządzony, czysty, dostępna herbata eko/bio, ładnie pachnący żel pod prysznic, biała pościel i ręczniki, śniadanie z produktów bio - bardzo smaczne. Można zorganizować sobie szybkie zwiedzanie Wiednia - my ruszyliśmy w kierunku Belwederu i wróciliśmy od strony katedry Św. Szczepana.

Cons:

Leider war Check-In erst um 15:00 Uhr möglich, was zwar gemäss der Buchungsbestätigung korrekt war, ich habe jedoch ein bisschen Kulanz vom Hotel erwartet, da ich um 14:30 Uhr einen Termin hatte und wollte davor noch duschen und mich umziehen. Dafür hat das Hotel leider keine Lösung angeboten.
