Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes, modernes und nachhaltig ausgestattetes Zimmer, ruhig und nette Aussicht auf den gemütlichen Innenhof.

A Eco friendly and inclusive hotel which was lovely to stay at

I loved the eco friendly and inclusivity approach. Everyone very helpful and friendly
The room was comfortable, a good size and well appointed
Good choice and quality of food at buffet breakfast
Quiet and not too far to walk to get to public transport options, a comfortable walk to get to key sights and you get to see the less visited gems of Vienna.
Local restaurants we visited were very good and good value for money

Cons:

Unable to control central heating ourselves, too warm during our stay but able to open balcony door on vent at night and wasn't noisy.
The first night the restaurant had a private event so we couldn't eat there as planned.

Pros:

Everything was perfect from check-in onwards.
The rooms were super cosy, spacious, quiet, with a comfortable bed. The shower had great water pressure.
Fantastic location for walking around and with easy access to public transport. Excellent car rental right in the building across the street.

I also have to mention Roberta's professionalism and kindness at the front desk.
This will definitely be the hotel I'll stay at and recommend for future visits to Vienna.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage, Zimmer mit Balkon sehr ruhig - vielleicht etwas hellhörig. Ausstattung upcycled, einfach und ausreichend.

Pleasant atmosphere and very good breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is close to the metro, and also a nice 15-minute walk to the very center. It's a peaceful street and residential neighborhood. The room was big and clean, and the breakfast very nice with good selection and plant based food.

Cons:

The towels could be changed after three days. You can ask for clean towels, off course, but it would be good to provide this anyway. The queen bed was prepared for one person only, which is another way to save and think of the environment, I guess, but it would be nice to have two pillows. I didn't like the open shower principle and it being in the room. I had to stand in the corner and pay attention I don't spray the water outside the shower.
