Loved the stay!
Pros:

Good value in off season, spacious loft with balcony. Lovely location in the heart of city. Walking to metro station.

Would not be staying again. Haven’t received my refund for bond still.

Cons:

Really unhappy with staff - firstly put us in the wrong room even after I asked to not be moved. So had to move my family in the night after long travel. Not friendly and very rude.

Guangzhou’ya her gelişimde tercih ettiğim, konum ve fiyat-performans açısından memnun kaldığım bir otel.
Pros:

Konumu gerçekten çok iyi, ulaşım açısından oldukça avantajlı. Temizlik genel olarak iyi ve düzenliydi. Kahvaltı da yeterli çeşitliliğe sahip ve tatmin ediciydi.

Cons:

Otel genel olarak biraz eski kalmış, özellikle odalarda ve mutfak bölümünde kullanılan ahşap detaylar bunu hissettiriyor. Ancak konaklamayı olumsuz etkileyen bir durum değil.

10 zile de business travel excellent
Pros:

Aproape de central COMERCIAL foarte mare , cu restaurants multe . Intrare la Metrou foarte aproape. Acces la restaurante in appropriate.

Cons:

Cred ca ar trebui făcută o curatenie mai profunda pe rafturi. Pe Alcuin schimbat mobility

Что то нужно сделать с чистотой,потому что задумка хорошая,но страдает чистота

Очень понравилось месторасположение — самый центр города, рядом метро Liede, что очень удобно. Номер просторный, с двумя огромными кроватями. Матрас комфортный, качественное постельное бельё, спалось отлично. Завтраки хорошие (китайские)

Cons:

Больше всего меня подвергло в шок состояние чистоты — точнее, её полное отсутствие. Я читала отзывы и думала, что речь идёт просто о пыли, но нет — в номере было именно грязно. Пол, создавалось ощущение, не мыли никогда. Уже в первый день я обратилась на ресепшен с просьбой помыть полы, но когда вернулась, стало ясно, что к уборке даже не прикасались.
Пыль в кухонных шкафчиках, на шкафах, под диваном — везде. Это просто жесть и совершенно не соответствует ожиданиям и заявленному уровню проживания.

Также с меня списали стоимость одного дня проживания и дополнительную сумму за проживание 4 дней. После выселения пообещали перечислить деньги обратно на карту. На данный момент возврат пока не получен, но надеюсь, что вопрос решится и средства поступят.
