Nuestra estancia ha sido simplemente maravillosa y superó todas nuestras expectativas. Lo que hace a este hotel auténtico y único es, sin duda, la experiencia de vivir en un hutong; es sumergirse por completo en la parte antigua de la ciudad, sintiendo la historia en cada paso, pero con una ubicación inmejorable a metros de la Ciudad Prohibida.
Todo fue de diez: desde la comodidad de la cama hasta el desayuno, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es su personal. Great Authentic Place
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were fantastic. Very accommodating. The place is really beautiful. New hotel, so everything is nice and fresh. Special tha ks to Elsa for all her help, she was fantastic.

U provided an unforgettable pleasant style for us in BeiJing. We will be back!
Pros:

I was impressed with the execellent services provided by all the staff. Most of them look young, some seem to be new/intern. They are just awesome! Their effort to assist & provide our requests was speedy & in a very pleasant attitude. I hope all of you groom to be a successful ones in the hospitallity field. I am bless to meet with the team & The hotel is bless to have such pleasant team working there.

Cons:

It was 22 degree out there, to us, it is consider warm in the room & there is not option to turn on the cooling aircon.
However, the staff managed to provide us fan upon request.
Even request at 5am was delivered within 10 mins.

Thank you Happy Dragon for your help and hospitality.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. My sister tripped in her room and injured her eye and wrist. Two of the wonderful staff members took her to the local hospital and stayed with her to translate from Chinese to English. They went above and beyond with their service. Staying in a Hutong was a wonderful cultural experience for our family.

Fantastic experience in the heart of Beijing
Pros:

Everything was awesome, the room is fantastic, breakfast is perfect. The staff was always helpful and polite but I have to specifically mention Juli, on our first day my wife lost her cellphone on our Didi, Juli was really helpful and contacted the driver and made sure that the phone was returned, we were so happy and thankful for that!

A super stay!
Pros:

This place was a very pleasant surprise.The staff went out of their way to help us, Elsa even picked us up from the station on her own time!
Denis helped with booking tickets and taxis, many thanks to all of you. The room was (eventually) big and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was western 😉 would have liked more Asian but it was overall good. Many thanks 🙏

Het personeel is super behulpzaam en de kamers zijn modern. Een beetje knus, maar ruimte genoeg.

Очаровательный отель в тихом центре Пекина
Pros:

Жили в этом отеле неделю в начале апреля. Очень понравилась аутентичность, отель расположен в хутунах, нет стеклянных джунглей вокруг, очень тихо и уютно. Расположение супер, рядом разные ветки метро, до центральных улиц и достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком за полчаса.

Завтраки с местным колоритом, но вкусные! Есть выбор и основных блюд, и сладкого, также есть фрукты.

Отель помог нам с организацией экскурсий, даже смогли подвинуть дату в последний момент. Персонал невероятно дружелюбный, нам помогали с любыми вопросами, безлимитно снабжали водой и чаем.

Большое спасибо всем сотрудникам, это была прекрасная неделя! Однозначно рекомендуем!
