Authentic Siheyuan vibes and the warmest hospitality. The design is stunning and the staff make you feel right at home!
Pros:

Found a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Beijing. This authentic Siheyuan captures the local spirit perfectly with its thoughtful design and exceptionally welcoming staff.

Cons:

While the design and vibe are incredible, the soundproofing could be improved. The walls are a bit thin, and I could hear the guests next door talking at night.

Perfect for families. This is off the main drag, but its a quiet oasis in a big, busy city.
Pros:

Staff, location, facilities.
Elsa went out of her way to make our experience without fault. Highly recommend this place for comfort and support and is great setup for families.
It is down a back street, everything you need is at either end and it is easy walk from being collected/dropped Via Didi drivers.
Would stay here again 100% .
1 double, 2 singles in separate room and common seating area. Also area to work if required, so a good space, better than a family in one hotel room.

Parfait
Pros:

Absolument tout mais surtout la disponibilité et l’incroyable gentillesse du personnel.
Encore un immense merci à Elsa et sa petite Pearl et bien sûr à Nancy. Toutes deux nous on permis de faire de belles activités et leur anglais est parfait.
L’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont très confortables et spacieuses. La propreté est irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais suffisant.

Staff gentilissimo e che parla inglese. Location bella e rinnovata
Pros:

Personale gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutare e soprattutto che parla inglese.
Struttura nuova con camere spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort.
Distante solo 15-20 min a piedi dal centro.
Ci tornerei subito. Grazie ancora di tutto!

Cons:

Forse nella sala della colazione servirebbero più tavoli.
Alcuni tassisti non entravano nella vietta perché è troppo stretta.
Per il resto nulla da segnalare.

Замечательный отель. Отличное расположение, светлые не маленькие номера. Очень удобный матрас и подушки. Чувствуется, что отель реновировали. А самое главное - тут самый лучший персонал, очень чуткие. Всегда помогут, расскажут. Чувствуешь себя комфортно и защищенно. Отель недалеко от достопримечательностей, можно гулять пешком. Завтраки вкусные.

Fantastiskt på alla sätt som förgyllde våran resa i Beijing.
Pros:

Rummen var verkligen otroligt bra, allt styrs med inbyggda system, bra wifi. Väldigt bra städat och servicen går inte göra bättre. Stort plus till den trevliga och hjälpsamma personalen som både beställde saker åt oss och hjälpte oss att ställa in appar så vi kunde röra oss och betala. Pratade mycket bra engelska!
Frukosten var väldigt bra men kanske kunde funnits lite mer, speciellt om man har allergier.

Finns ingenting, skulle bara vara frukosten om man har allergier.

дизайн интерьера, интересное расположение, технологичность, доступность персонала, их свободный английский и готовность прийти на помощь 24/7
понравилось, что предлагается тур на стену с гидом и обедом, это было реально круто и очень что самим не пришлось искать как туда добраться и че там делать
ОЧЕНЬ тихо, отзывчивость персонала перекрывает все минусы
санузел просто 10/10 в душевой отдельное удовольствие, туалет со смарт фишками с подогревом и самосмывом

Cons:

уборка оставляет желать лучшего, постельное белье не меняли каждый день, зеркало в ванной не протирали, чашки и чайник оставляют грязными, пока не попросишь убрать это, иногда оставляют невыброшенным мусор в виде пакетов от шоппинга, которые были поставлены возле ведра специально, чтобы их забрали.
с прачечной было тоже непонятно, один раз не забрали пакет с вещами, потом забрали после вопросов, но вернули с чужими, вещи забирали с постели вместе с постельным бельем, потом приходилось бегать судорожно их искать, они еще отрицали, говорили что такое невозможно но оказывалось что еще как возможно л
на завтраке довольно скудный выбор, яичница пережаренная, есть почти нечего, растительного молока нет, выпечка так себе
в номерах отсутствуют шкафы для одежды, есть тольк рейл и маленькие ящички, больше вещи класть некуда
в туалете нет ершика ☠️

Beautiful oasis
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Staff was lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was cozy and had everything I need. The courtyard with running water was such a lovely atmosphere and so relaxing.

Cons:

A bonus would be to have a few TV channels that are American or European.
