Pros:

Отличный отель. Все чисто, опрятно. Персонал всегда готов помочь. Особенно приятно было, что оперативно помогли с услугой прачечной и буквально через 2 часа чистая и сухая одежда ждала нас на ресепшен. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Очень красивый пруд с рыбками. Относительно недалеко, чтобы дойти пешком до запретного города.

Cons:

Немного далеко от метро. В первый раз сложно найти. Очень узкая улица к отелю.

Le petit déjeuner était fantastique, il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Le personnel parle anglais. Nous pouvions déposer notre linge sale le matin et le récupérer propre le soir gratuitement. La cour de l'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses et la douche est énorme. Ils peuvent donner des aides et infos sur les choses à voir. Ils peuvent réserver pour vous des excursions. Et il est super bien situé. Vraiment PARFAIT

Wonderful little gem of a hotel!
Pros:

The staff is incredible, the will go out and beyond to help you in every way possible! The position is good for visiting the forbidden city and the Wangfujing district and the breakfast is great and varied! Also AC works pretty well which is a must if you come in the hot season! The hotel is extremely characteristic and the inner pond with koi fish is gorgeous and it’s location in a traditional hutong alley adds up to the experience! Highly recommended!

Cons:

The hutong location has also a drawback: DiDi are somewhat scarce or take a little longer to arrive, so allow few more minutes in your plan!

Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
Pros:

Nous ne sommes pas restés une nuit mais 4. Nous avons d’ailleurs été upgrades pour deux nuits, ce qui a été très appréciable après un long vol. Il faut noter aussi la très bonne qualité de la literie.
Établissement très très bien situé (qui est au calme dans un Hutong malgré la proximité des rues commerçantes) et très propre. Le personnel était fantastique, très accueillant et chaleureux. Toujours prêt à aider et à rendre le séjour exceptionnel. Merci à Félix et aux autres membres du staff.
Le linge est lavé gratuitement.
Mon fils a aussi apprécié de pouvoir nourrir les carpes dans le bassin !
