Perfect for relax
Pros:

The accomodation is extremelly clean, the location is nice and the food is excellent.

Cons:

We book two rooms and one did not have a router so for that one we could not use the wifi.

Нам понравилось, мелочи , которые я описала, нам особого дискомфорта не принесли.
Pros:

1. Отель находится не в городе и поэтому нет городской суеты рядом.
2. Понравились завтраки, хотя дети были не очень довольны. Они сравнивали Мовенпик и этот отель , не понимая разницу в ценовой категории отелей.
3. Понравилась сауна, температура там 100 гр.
4. Понравился ресторан при отеле. Доставки в номер нет, но можно сделать заказ и самим забрать. Очень вкусный тартар.
5. В номере много полотенец, есть тапочки и халаты.
6. Персонал.

Cons:

1. WIFI удалось подключить только на третий день пребывания.
2. Бассейн небольшой, записываться надо заранее, изменить время потом нельзя.
3. Очень странная планировка в ванной комнате: унитаз стоит почти впритык к стене, сидеть ровно может только маленький ребенок.
4. Пол -плитка, но нигде нет ковриков около кроватей.
5. Рядом нет площадок для прогулок, это надо учитывать семьям с маленькими детьми.
6. Во время нашего пребывания отключали свет в округе почти на час.

Pros:

The hotel is new and very nice. Some parts of it are still under construction and it is about to be expanded. In terms of facilities, comfort, restaurant, and breakfast, everything is at an excellent level. The SPA center is nice, new, and clean.

Cons:

What I didn't like is that it is split into two parts in separate buildings, and there is no indoor corridor (warm connection) to the pool. I also didn't like the organization for using the different SPA zones — they have to be booked separately, which is exhausting and overcomplicated as a procedure.

​Another thing that left a bad impression was the complete lack of room cleaning during our entire 4-night stay.

Pros:

Sve je bilo u redu. Prvenstveno nismo dobili isto sto je na bukingu na slikama u rezervaciji stajalo nakon odabira apartmana. Slikan je jedan apartman na bukingu a dobili smo apartman sa skroz drugim rasporedom i izgledom, na nase nezadovoljstvo izasli su nam u susret i ponudjen nam je drugi apartman koji je bio mnogo bolji, u kojem smo na kraju i boravili. Dorucak i spa su odlicni.

Беше чисто и имаше джакузи в стаята.

Cons:

Спа -то трябва да се резервира предварително по телефон и ако евентуално има свободни места, трябва ние да се напасваме часово за да се възползваме от това удобство. В допълнение СПА-то може да се ползва само 2 часа за целият ден.
Закуската беше много оскъдна, имаше много малко избор, като и двата дена на масата беше слагано развалено прясно мляко и помолих да ги подновят.

Apartman čist i prostran. Doručak odličan, kao i restoran.

Spa centar premali, bukvalno razgrabljeni termini i nismo mogli dobiti ni ležaljke.

Все понравилось. И спа и номера, есть паркинг.

Cons:

Много народу было во время завтрака. Быстро заканчивались приборы и некоторые позиции. Но старались подносить быстро. Тесно для такого количества людей. На завтраке разрешено курить - это самое ужасное. Сидят дети, беременные девушки и в то же время очень много курящих. Ресторан имел вентиляцию, но она была выключена. Желательно продумать данный момент, иначе очень сложно иметь завтрак.
