Everything, especially front desk staff Ms Ayesha Malik ,Ms Rabia very cooperative breakfast was good as always, Bell boy Saleem and Zeeshan very helpful. House keeping by Shadab and supervisor Arslan looked after me very well. GM very nice person, overall, the stay was comfortable

This hotel is worth staying at in Lahore.
Pros:

It was a very comfortable stay here, and all the staff very polite and welcoming. Mr. Haseeb was one of them.
The hotel room was clean, and the breakfast was very good.
We especially want to mention that the manage, Mr. Saleem, kindly upgraded our room.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone.

Exceptional Stay - Everything was Perfect
Pros:

I had an exceptional stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly cleaned and quiet, which made for a very restful experience. The food was also good, and overall the hotel is quite decent. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The telephone in my room was not working. However, when I reached out to the staff, they quickly sent someone to fix it.

EXCEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY AND A WOBDERFUL STAY

We had a wonderful stay at Faletti’s Express Hotel Shimla Hill, Lahore. The hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service throughout our visit.
A special mention goes to Ayesha Malik, one of the staff members who looked after us during our stay. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and courteous, and her warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. Her professionalism and genuine care really stood out.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend Faletti’s Express Hotel Shimla Hill to anyone visiting Lahore. We look forward to staying here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
