The stay was okay overall, but our stomachs were hurting during our stay.
Pros:

1.The staff are always ready to help. The kitchen and dining room staff are friendly, cheerful, and always smiling. The housekeeping team does an excellent job — everything is clean and smells fresh. Everyone works incredibly hard, like busy bees.
2.There was a good variety of food, even for someone like me, who is usually very picky about what they eat.

Cons:

1.Loud residents and music after midnight. It would be good to remind guests at reception before check-in to respect quiet hours.
2.The door to our room would not open fully, but fortunately we’re slim, so it wasn’t a major issue.
3.Every day, my husband and I had stomach aches. Before that, we stayed at another hotel and did not experience this problem.
4. There was nowhere to dry clothes except on the chairs.

The holiday was good overall, but it is more suited to younger people than those looking for a relaxing break. There was

It was very nearby everything which was good .

Cons:

The hotel has some good points, but there were a few disappointing aspects. The staff were not always very friendly and sometimes came across as rude when answering simple questions only the waitress or the bar staff was polite , although this may be due to cultural differences.
We were also told that the air conditioning in the room was working, but despite following all the instructions provided, it did not work properly during our stay.
The hotel can be very noisy, especially when it is busy. In addition, the swimming pools do not seem large enough to accommodate all guests when the hotel is at full capacity, making them feel crowded.

Pros:

Ondanks het verschrikkelijke nachtelijk lawaai van het uitgaansgelegenheden héél dichtbij, was op het hotel zelf niet veel aan te merken. Het zat vol met jongeren. En daar is niets mis mee maar voor de iets oudere gast is dit geen goede plek. Ondanks goede hygiene, service, vriendelijke bediening en prima eten. De jeugdige bezetting van het hotel en de voortdurend herrie zou duidelijk aangegeven moeten worden!

Het onophoudelijke nachtelijk lawaai van de jongeren die in dit gebied uitgaan.

Locația a fost aproape de plajă, personajul destul de amabil.

Cons:

Dacă ai peste 20 de ani și nu vrei să te duci pentru cluburi și gălăgie, nu veni în hotelul ăsta. Foarte puține opțiuni din care puteai alege la mese, am mâncat în toate zilele cartofi prăjiți și salată și ce carne arăta mai ok, și nu sunt deloc un picky eater. Camera în care am stat a fost groaznică, sunt fericită doar ca nu am avut ploșnițe: saltea plină de arcuri și deloc confortabilă, te loveai non-stop cu capul de raftul ăla de la pat, patul mic, cred ca 160/180, iubitului meu îi atârna picioarele din pat. Camera amenajată rău, un șifonier pus în drum și chiuvetă care, din lipsă de spațiu în baie au lăsat-o pe hol. Camera cu mobilier foarte vechi, oglinzi ruginite, un AC care nu funcționa, televizorul mic și vechi (nu te puteai conecta nici măcar la youtube). Singura lumina naturală din cameră era ușa care dădea pe “balcon”, direct la piscina, dacă aveam draperia trasă toți oamenii puteau să ne vadă. Gălăgie FOARTE MULTĂ. Noi am primit camera 701 din clădirea Sun și a fost cel mai prost amplasată camera. Auzeam toți copiii care stăteau pe terasă până la ora 12 noaptea când plecau în club și chiar și când se întorceau pe la ora 3, îi auzeam ca și când ar fi fost cu noi în cameră. Per total am fost foarte dezamăgită, am rămas în acest “hotel” doar ca a fost nerambursabil. Si nu, chiar nu m-am dus cu pretenții de hotel de 5 stele, am stat la mai multe hoteluri de 3 stele dar asta în niciun caz nu a fost de 3. 2 maxim.
