Very disappointed with our stay. Some staff were very rude and no consideration for customer.

Pros:

Zimmern waren groß, Badezimmer und Balkon auch groß. Betten bequem. Auch schöne Seitenblick aufs Meer. Essen war lecker und genug Auswahl ( ab und zu war Fleisch- und Fischgerichte zu salzig)

Wie waren 20-26. 08. 2026 in Hotel

Cons:

Am ersten Abend es hat Feueralarm ausgelöst, wir haben 30 Minuten gewartet bis Feueralarm ausgeschaltet war und wir durften ins Zimmer rein. Feuer war keine. Und ein Tag später hat wieder Feueralarm alarmiert um 2:00 Nachts, da haben wir fast 1 Stunde gewartet und wieder war kein Feuer.
Und ein Abend hat Ausgang Tür nicht funktioniert, konnte keine rein und keine raus.

Teilbereiche schon etwas abgelebt und renovierungsbedürftig, jedoch immer sauber.
Wird über den Winter aber renoviert.

Pros:

Room was great, a good size, clean, exceptionally quiet, balcony was nice to have.
The breakfast had a huge, fantastic choice for everyone.

Cons:

No hand wash in our bathroom and toilet, it had run out.
The tiles outside the hotel entrance are broken and a safety hazard. It gives a really poor first impression. The car park is expensive and the entrance from it up to the hotel is very grotty.
Could do with better maintenance around the pool area too.
