Ein super schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles war super sauber, die Zimmer sehr schön und das gesamte Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen war einfach lecker! Es war so schön das wir ganz sicher Wiederkommen.

ein Hotel zum rundum wohlfühlen!
Pros:

das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, dass Personal ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen am Abend waren von sehr hoher Qualität und abwechslungsreich. Da kann man nichts besser machen.

Fantastic hotel, stunning location, excellent staff and facilities
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, centrally located in Pertisau, 5mins walk from the lake, 7-8mins from the centre and the boat landing stage, 5mins from the Karwendel cable car. Bonus, for Chalet School book fans, it overlooks the Alpenhof Hotel, thought to be the location of the Chalet School series by Elinor M Brent-Dyer. The hotels staff couldn't do enough for us, the manager even drove us down to Jenbach when we ordered a taxi. The waitresses all in Tyrolean dress were delightful. The rooms were spotlessly clean. My single was upgraded to a beautiful double with a balcony overlooking the mountains and a side window with a view towards the lake. The food was gorgeous. Beautiful continental style breakfast, soup at lunchtime which we only used once because we out so much, free cake available in the afternoons, and a 3 course meal in the evening, all of which were gorgeous (meat, fish and vegetarian option available each evening). We had a gala dinner of 6 courses the night before we left. The manager Florian was lovely and answered all our questions about Pertisau, and we explained the Chalet School and the importance of Pertisau to him. A well-appointed gym that my friend used, amazing children's play and exercise facilities, and beautiful pool (indoor to outdoor) and an amazing water massage bed (20 euro, but well worth it). Highly recommend for couples, friends or families.

Personnel make the difference!!
Pros:

The owners and all their staff are a credit to the hospitality business .
Arrangements went like clockwork
Accommodation was very nice
Restaurant served top class cooking from top quality ingredients
Prices in the bar were very fair
Very slight downside ... maybe a better separate bar area would be an improvement but it is a small hotel with only 48 beds and it really punches above its weight overall.
The pool/sauna area is very nice
Example of a small touch that made a difference? We had headed out and were a good bit away from the hotel when we passed the owner Florian coming the other way ..he had an umbrella and we did not so he immediately gave his brolly to us.
So to Florian,Maria, Addis,Margit, Eva and all housekeeping and kitchen staff ..our many thanks to you all for making our short family holiday so good. Hospitaiity is very much alive in Pertisau at this address.
