I stayed there, but I was very unsatisfied. The place was not clean at all and felt dirty. There was no proper cleaning

We had to cancel our booking on arrival

The location is perfect but it seems like this hotel has lost its glory days which is a shame since there's so much potential. We cancelled our booking up on arrival and went somewhere else.
The staff were amazing though and were nice when we decided to cancel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, as per locals, this hotel's clients are mostly for something "else" and trust me, I don't think you would want to sleep in those beds. We had to cancel after seeing the state of the rooms.
To be honest, they weren't even expecting us when we arrived and had no clue that we did a booking via the app. They really should remove it from Booking.com to avoid bad experiences from customers.

Pros:

Close to lake and maligawa.

Cons:

Dusty all over the place specially staircase. Staff was not helpful at all. Facilities are horrible. Pillows are very filthy.

Not a good place to stay in Kandy
Pros:

The only plus point is the location

Cons:

Poor maintenance and management. Water is leaking in the bathroom throughout our stay. No TV, No water bottles, No hot water, nothing just an average bed and a basic wash room. Not worth. There are plenty of accommodation options in kandy try them if can’t find then this would be an option. wouldn’t recommend this place. Hope this review will be helpful for the management to make changes to improve the facilities.

Cons:

Very imperfect and the bedsheets were also all seems worn out and dirty woth patches. Not well cleaned. We had to wait much even after thr arrival to check in as the room was not ready
