Overall good in budget...
Pros:

Breakfast is really good. Coffee is just Awesome.
Staff is too good in behaviour. Service is available on 24 hours.
Air cooler for non-ac( there is no window).

Cons:

Toilet is too small.
No towel.
No window.
So, no view.
Ventilation is not good.
Smelly air through the room.
Cupboard is not clean properly.
