The facility is running renovations, therefore aspects were not functional such as the pool and playground for children.
The breakfast was excellent. The place is quiet and the room was spacious.
Because of a power outage, we could not use the aircon and noticed that there are no air vents in the room, which made the room a little hot and stuffy in the night. We had to open the windows.

Curtains need work, electric power availability needs fixing, too many mosquitoes in the rooms

1. No hot water to bath in the evening and in the morning throughout our stay.
2. Dinner of t-bone and nshima did not match up to my expectations and also overpriced when compared with outdoor restaurants.
It was a wheelchair accessible place. And the staff were very helpful.
The tranquility of the place
It looked very old, no renovation or maintenance
There was no electricity most of the time no internet coverage as advertised, we had to ask for electricity to be turned on when ever we wanted to shower or use the toilet. Rooms needs renovation and bathroom. The staff was brilliant and very respectful.
No WiFi, water and electricity except for certain times. I was behind with work as l was on a business trip because of no wifi
