excellent in my opinion, and the folks are very helpful and sincere, I would stay there again
Pros:

the location had multiple bars and restaurants in close vicinity, plus a supermarket, it was less than 5 minutes walk from a bus stop and less than 30 minutes from the airport. the area was an ordinary neighborhood and I was able to see Brazilians living their normal life.

Cons:

signage could have been better, had to ask multiple neighbors to be able to locate the building

Pros:

Breakfast was brilliant, the people are super lovely and the hotel well located.

My stay was horrible.It has given me nightmares and I picked up a skin allergy. Close this place. Remove it from booking

The property was very very dirty. The beds are uncomfortable and not as they appear in the photos. They smell good sewage and there is dirty water running on the stairs etc. The bed sheets are never changed. We booked a standard bed and they gave as a budget room with two very small, old, squeaky beds. The fridge was ancient and rusty located in the corridors. Furniture was very very old. This place should be closed for sanitation issues. There was noise, banging and banging and it was charged exorbitantly high.

Superou expectativas.
Pros:

Recepção excelente. O rapaz que atende é muito prestativo. As mulheres do café dão toda atenção. E o café é muito bom. Televisão e ar condicionado excelentes. Internet estava perfeita. Quando cheguei o quarto estava muito cheiroso. Chuveiro elétrico.

Cons:

Não tenho do que reclamar. Apesar de alguns quartos ficarem a dois lances de escada. Tomada ao lado da cama seria a única coisa que eu diria que faltou. Tem, só não ao lado da cama. Pelo menos no meu quarto. No geral, nada a reclamar.

Estadia maravilhosa. Muito embora eu tenha permanecido pouco tempo , apenas uma dormida. Mas fui muito bem recepcionada pela proprietária. Sra Brigida.
Cafe da manhã bem servido.
Apartamento confortável, tudo limpinho e organizado.

Trata-se de uma casa, que tem a dona Brigida como anfitriã. Ela é bastante atenciosa com os hóspedes.
