Pros:

A localização é muito boa, estando próximo da Gare e do centro. O check-in e check-out foram extremamente simples e rápidos. O apartamento está bastante completo e oferece tudo o que é preciso para uma estadia de alguns dias

O apartamento estava muito quente e não foi fácil regular a temperatura para o desejado, mas tirando isso estava tudo ótimo.

Pros:

We stayed here at the end of December and, despite some previous reviews mentioning that the apartment was cold, this was not our experience at all. The apartment has underfloor heating, and once it was turned on, the space became very warm and comfortable.
The apartment itself is beautifully designed, modern, and very well maintained. The location is excellent — close to public transport, easy to reach the city center, and the area felt safe and pleasant.
A big plus was the laundry room in the basement — we really appreciated being allowed to use it. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place we would recommend.🤍✨️
