Zeer centrale locatie.
Pros:

De locatie is zeer centraal: binnen 10 minuten sta je in het centrum van Luxemburg. De douche is mooi afgewerkt en ook de keuken is goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. De ingang, trappen, lift en gangen zagen er bovendien zeer netjes en verzorgd uit.

We kregen ook twee flesjes water aangeboden, wat een fijne extra was. Het contact met het personeel/de manager via WhatsApp verliep zeer vlot; ze waren enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we helaas enkele negatieve ervaringen gehad. De zetel vertoonde een grote vlek, waardoor we deze niet durfden te gebruiken. Ook de televisie hebben we hierdoor niet benut. Daarnaast was het bed voor ons te zacht, wat het slaapcomfort verminderde.

Bij het eerste gebruik van het toilet merkten we dat er een klein haartje op de wc-bril lag, wat geen hygiënische indruk gaf. Tot slot vonden we het vreemd dat schoonmaakpersoneel rond 10:50 uur zonder aankondiging de kamer binnenkwam, terwijl we nog niet waren uitgecheckt.

Great, comfortable and clean place for a short stay in Luxembourg

The apartment looks amazing and contains anything you may need, the bedroom is separated than the rest, everything was clean, a perfect place for a short stay in Luxembourg!

For one person it’s great, for two not so much.

Location is great, the rooms have sufficient facilities and clean.

Cons:

You get instructions via WhatsApp which are AI generated. Human intervention is not that great. The provided bed is not suitable for couples, since it’s not that wide and there is not much space to get off the bed because it’s sandwiched between two fixtures. They offer free cleaning only once a week - otherwise you have to pay €30 cleaning fee. Also very cheap to leave only two coffee capsules per room.

Modernes Apartment mit Abzügen
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall das sehr moderne und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht und bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, sodass man sich grundsätzlich schnell wohlfühlen kann. Besonders gefallen hat uns das ansprechende Design und die hochwertige Einrichtung.

Auch die zentrale Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt – viele Ziele sind gut erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Mit etwas Glück besteht zudem die Möglichkeit zu parken, was in dieser Lage definitiv ein Vorteil ist.

Cons:

Was uns auf den Bildern vorab so gar nicht klar war: Das Bett befindet sich in einem "Raum" mit Schiebetüren mitten in der Wohnung ohne Fenster, sodass die Luftzufuhr außerordentlich schlecht war. Obwohl wir im Winter da waren, war der Raum so viel zu warm, die Luft stickig und dadurch unser Schlaf auch deutlich weniger erholsam. Zusätzlich war die Lüftung, die sich im angrenzenden Wohnbereich befand die ganze Nacht über sehr laut und konnte manuell nicht verstellt werden.

Auf unsere Nachfrage hin erhielten wir unklare bzw. nicht zutreffende Hinweise (eine angebliche Fernbedienung war im Zimmer nicht vorhanden). Auch nach erneuter Rückmeldung wurde das Problem nicht wirklich gelöst, die Kommunikation war wenig hilfreich.
