Perfect Location and Very Quiet
Pros:

I loved the location and that it includes a parking space. The kitchen was well equipped. There are plenty of towels and all supplies needed. It was very quiet and I didn't hear street noise. The blackout curtains worked well. The medicine cabinet in the bath is great for stashing away makeup. The AC cooled well. The beach chairs are comfy. The harbor view is gorgeous. Dave's ice cream in the lobby was excellent. There is laundry detergent in the closet and the laundry is a few steps away and you only need your credit card to run the machines. The property has a wonderful hula show on Fridays and the Hilton next door has fireworks. This is such a treat!

Cons:

I would have liked to see more variety in the selection of bed pillows. I prefer a rather soft, flatter pillow, than the ones offered, so I simply went to target and purchased an inexpensive one. Also,. I think the cleaning crew forgot to empty the AC pan before our arrival. The instructions said to empty the condensation tray daily. The first time I did so, the pan was quite full and I was unable to lift it easily. As a result, water went everywhere. .It's not a big deal to empty as long as it's done often.

Charming unit with fine beach & marina view AND parking
Pros:

Parking space is gem—tough to find parking in this area. Overlooked Ilikai courtyard, which had concerts. Enjoyed seeing kids and adults dance.
Nice view over Ala Wai marina. Easy walk to beach parks, groceries, restaurants. Had beach gear, coolers

Cons:

Initial checkin is easiest with 2 adults, one waiting in car and one to fetch parking card for garage access

Glad we tried it but will confirm amenities in the future.
Pros:

Good central location. Great patio space. comfy beds.

Cons:

Mixed messages about laundry. Not clear it wasn’t in unit and cost more. Need a dishwashing machine.

We are definatly planning to come again, the condo was fantastic, and the owner great with communication.
Pros:

The property has everything we could possibly need as a family of 4. It was clean and the location was spot on.

Cons:

Because it’s privately owned we did feel we didn’t know about many of the facilities available (or pools etc). When I asked for a resort map at the front desk I was told they weren’t given to people using the condos.
