員工素質高，飯店乾凈整潔
Pros:

飯店員工回覆訊息非常快速，有調整房型的需求，也都幫忙處理了，真的很感恩！員工的態度非常好，環境也很好，打掃的很乾凈，緊臨飯店旁邊有一座廟，可以去走走逛逛，這是第二次入住，下次還會再入住的。

Cons:

早餐樣式豐富，但我們感覺吃起來不是很美味，有點可惜，如果料理能更好，就太棒了！

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Beds were firm but that is to my taste so it was a plus. Nice tea and coffee selection in the room. Good water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

Could use better soundproofing; some noises can be heard from the street.

房間擺設簡約，物品擺放整齊，寢具及毛巾皆乾淨，房間內無異味。
Pros:

感謝貴飯店的服務人員，完成了我在網路上訂房時，填寫的特殊要求。每層樓還附設RO逆滲透飲用水，這一點也很好！但若要喝熱水，要自己先用茶壺裝水再回房間煮開，或只能到一樓用餐區的飲水機裝熱水，稍些不便但還能接受。

Cons:

大約早上九點下樓用餐，因為服務人員都忙著補齊餐點或清洗餐具，因此餐廳的入口處無服務人員收取早餐券，當下不知道能否直接進入餐廳用餐，於是在門口稍等了一下。後來才發現，直接將餐券放到門口的小桌子即可進入用餐。入座後發現些許餐桌的桌面尚未清潔，但因為知道服務人員正忙著手邊的工作，一時之間抽不了身，便自己換了座位。
