"My wife Queen Hesty and I had an amazing stay at On The Cliff, (Lumban) Santorini, Greece. The hotel's service, cleanliness, and jacuzzi overlooking the sea were top-notch. The staff, Ms Simona, Usman and Sofian, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, and the coffee? To die for! As a coffee lover, as if I was on cloud six -surga lapis ke enam. WiFi was excellent too. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or groups. Highly recommended!"

Simona와 동료들은 친절했고, 아침식사는 맛있었습니다. Simona는 더 넓은 방으로 무료 업그레이드를 제공해주셨습니다. 옆방 소리도 거의 들리지 않고 조용한 곳에서 편안한 시간 보냈습니다. 매일 자쿠지를 점검해주셨고, 호실로 내려가는 계단은 비가 와도 미끄럽지 않았습니다. 1월에 방문했는데 방은 따뜻한 편이었습니다. 체크아웃 시 큰 길까지 짐을 옮겨주셨습니다.

The location is absolutely perfect. You can see the Caldera View right from your room itself. The staff is very friendly and they helped me with everything needed. Simona was the one who hosted us and she is amazing in managing the guests and the hotel.

Pros:

We loved our stay at By The Cliff. Simona and here team were the perfect hosts and made our trip incredibly easy and pleasant. We were even given an upgrade on our room and a complimentary bottle of wine! Porters also helped us get our bags to the bus station. Our room was perfect; a great size and beautiful. The views were breathtaking and we loved using our private jacuzzi to watch the sunset. The room was neat and tidy, comfortable, and serviced each morning. The included breakfast was delicious, and it was convenient having a cafe/restaurant upstairs. The location was ideal - close to the train station and the square and around lots of restaurants.
We couldn’t recommend staying here enough! We would love to come back.

- la douche n’était était chaude seulement 2 minutes
- le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, on nous a proposé d’utiliser celui de la chambre d’à côté mais vraiment pas chaud pour un jacuzzi (28 degrés)

We loved our stay at On the Cliff. From the beautiful sunsets on our balcony, to large breakfasts with Costa’s friendly service, to Simona’s wonderful hospitality. Amazing room and a nice hot tub to relax in at the end of a day. Simona even arranged a to-go lunch for us and sent us a bottle of wine and fruit plate on our last night . What an amazing trip and fantastic place to stay.

Sunsets, clean room, large breakfast included and Simona’s hospitality.

Todo. El hotel es muy lindo, diferente a lo que uno está acostumbrado. Tiene una vista preciosa y es bastante cómodo. Lo único es que hay unas escaleras que pueden ser un poco incómodas. Y el personal es muy querido: Sofía nos atendió de una manera increíble 🤍

The hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Those stunning views from the balcony in the evening made our trip truly special. However, what made our stay stand out even more was the top-notch service from your dedicated staff. In particular, we want to extend a huge thank you to Vicky. She was always available to answer our many questions and providing expert guidance that helped us navigate the island with ease.
