At Duvan Hotell, convenience and security are our top priorities. Our reception is open Monday-Friday from 07.00 to 16.00 for all your inquiries. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please inform us of your arrival time in advance to receive an access code via email.

For your safety, we require the credit card holder’s name to match the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. Upon arrival, guests must present photo identification and the credit card used for booking.

The reception is open Monday to Friday at 07:00–17:00. Contact the hotel before arrival for opening hours during weekends. Opening hours vary depending on the season.

If you expect to arrive after 17:00 on Monday-Friday or after 14:30 on Saturday-Sunday, please inform Duvan Hotell in advance in order to receive an access code via email.

The breakfast was basic, nothing special to mention

Cons:

Local specialities could be added to make the breakfast interesting and richer. The location was ok, but the entry and the fact that the reception closes at 17.00 is strange. The room was good-sized for a double. But there were no facilities in the room, not even a water heater. Since reception closes at 17.00, there was no one to ask for it. The entry signs to the hotel are also quite indistinct, and it is difficult to trace the entry. It is like entering a worn out apartmental building with zero hotel-like features. So it is easy to get fooled by the name and build expectations.

Pros:

Bra service. Ligger centralt. Rent och bekvämt rum. Bodde där en natt. Frukost var väldigt liten om man är van vid större buffé er men det var gott det som serveras.

Boende som passar bra för jobbresor. Inte för romantisk weekend. Bra läge, lugnt, och tryggt. Skulle behöva uppdateras lite men det man behöver finns.
