At Duvan Hotell, convenience and security are our top priorities. Our reception is open Monday-Friday from 07.00 to 16.00 for all your inquiries. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please inform us of your arrival time in advance to receive an access code via email.

For your safety, we require the credit card holder’s name to match the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. Upon arrival, guests must present photo identification and the credit card used for booking.

I enjoyed the spacious room, hospitality of the owners and location of the property was convenient for transportation and shopping

Cons:

Lack of communication regarding late check in process. Their reception closed early and it was difficult to get access to room or staff after 5pm.
You have to take your suitcase up some stairs before getting to the elevator.

Pros:

Hôtel très confortable, bien placé à côté de la gare et à dix minutes du centre ville. Lits très confortables et chambre très calme. Personnel discret et attentionné .

Posizione perfetta e tranquilla, camera pulita, bagno "rustico" ma pulito e con tutto il necessario. Colazione buona e varia, staff gentilissimo :)
