Broken plastic chairs on Patio that pinched my skin when sitting down. Over exaggerated sea view. Grossly under equipped kitchen. Outdated decor. Wooden structure on patio in desperate need of paint

Fantastic family stay
Pros:

Adequate, but will not stay there again.
Pros:

The location in central Hermanus is excellent. Secure basement parking free of charge.

Cons:

There were many issues on checking in that initially were inadequately dealt with. The following day Donwayne made an effort to listen and address most of the problems.
Re-stocking of coffee not happening, breakfast ok. We got the feeling the property is not spending om maintenance.

Pros:

Locatie is top, heel dicht bij de boulevard. Kamers zijn verder netjes en schoon en vrij modern.
Ontbijt is goed waarbij je een warme maaltijd kan kiezen en tevens van het buffet ontbijt kan pakken

Cons:

Op basis van de foto's verwacht je gegarandeerd uitzicht te hebben op de zee. Dit is helaas echter niet altijd het geval aangezien het hotel uit meerdere gebouwen staat en het tweede gebouw zie je niet zozeer op de foto's. Hier heb je vanuit je kamer geen zicht op de Zee, echter wel vanaf het balkon maar dit is niet je persoonlijke balkon.
