Super convenient location
Pros:

Location is great - easy access to town & restaurants. Staff welcoming. Undercover parking. Lovely pool area. Room sizes good.

Cons:

Rooms a little tired, refurb due. Space was good and beds fine - furniture looked a bit Ikea. They don't serve dinner, that said, there are plenty restaurants within 3 mins walk.

Great location for exploring Hermanus!
Pros:

Amazing location, even though our room was not located in the main building and didn’t have a direct sea view it was still mere meters from the ocean and close to all of Hermanus’ restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff at breakfast were very friendly.

Very Disappointing
Pros:

Location and friendly staff. Scones for tea

Cons:

Broken plastic chairs on Patio that pinched my skin when sitting down. Over exaggerated sea view. Grossly under equipped kitchen. Outdated decor. Wooden structure on patio in desperate need of paint

We stayed one night for a wedding and found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful in accommodating us and helping us
