fantastic
Pros:

rooms was great, comfortable beds and very clean, absolutely met my expectations. Location was perfect.

Cons:

It was a surprise to me that there was no staff at all, not even a contact number in case something was wrong. I don't think this was clear from the site that this was a zero service facility.

Perfect location in Athens!
Pros:

Excellent location in central Athens. Close to the Metro and historical sites. Unit was very clean and modern.

Cons:

Not really a problem but since check-in is completely remote, definitely have all of your entry codes and room number on hand.

Je conseille fortement cette établissement
Pros:

L’établissement est récent, très propre et parfaitement équipé. La climatisation est un vrai plus ! L’emplacement est vraiment excellent, ce qui permet de visiter Athènes facilement. J’ai passé un très agréable séjour.

Cons:

Rien. Un petit détail, il n’y a pas toujours quelqu’un à la réception.

Fantastic location, really appreciated the staff, but noisy front door.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room

Cons:

Noise from the front door was very loud when people were coming in and out (our room was ground floor at the front of the building). It woke us up multiple times early in the morning.

La pire expérience hôtelière que j’ai jamais vécu.
L’hôtel a changé de propriétaire (Stay U-nique) le jour de notre arrivé. Nous avons été informé à la dernière minute et le process de check-in a changé quelques heures avant notre arrivée. Tous les liens pour le check-in qui nous ont été envoyés par la messagerie booking ne fonctionnait pas donc nous n’avions pas d’informations, malgré plusieurs messages aucunes réponses. J’ai finalement contacté l’hôtel sur WhatsApp et reçu une réponse.
Malheureusement le désagrément ne s’est pas arrêté là car une fois arrivé à la chambre, aucune lumière ou prise ne fonctionnait.
Malgré des appels et messages au service client de l’hôtel aucune réponse ne nous a été fournie.
Nous sommes donc sortis pour dîner et une fois de retour à la chambre nous avons failli rester bloqué à la porte de notre chambre car la serrure n’avait plus de batterie.
Nous avons finalement pu rentrer après plusieurs tentatives et avons passé une nuit très moyenne dans un appartement très chaud et avec tous les bruits de la rue (musique, travaux, etc.)
Une expérience déplorable dû à un nouveau management déplorable.
Je ne réserverai plus jamais un hôtel du groupe Stay U-nique et je vous recommande de faire de même.

Perfect central stay in Athens
Pros:

Excellent location, receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned nicely. Also gave very nice local recommendations.

Cons:

Unfortunately our TV remote was missing so we couldn’t watch anything in our room.

מלון קטן ומדויק.
המיקום הכי טוב בעיר בעיניי, מרחק הליכה לכל נקודה חשובה. המיטה והמתקנים היו יוצאים מן הכלל, רמת ניקיון גבוהה שכללה גם החלפה של מצעים וכריות חדשים, והצוות היה נכון לעזור מתי שרק הזדקקנו. לא הייתי בוחר אחרת.

Alojamiento moderno en barrio con mucho ambiente.

La ubicación era perfecta, en uno de los barrios más modernos y con más ambiente de Atenas.
Calidad precio muy bien y las instalaciones bastante nuevas.
Un detalle el Café, agua y snack de bienvenida.

Cons:

El mantenimiento podría ser mejor.
Un par de desperfectos en la zona del baño (seguramente debido a la humedad).
