Good stay but not what I expected.
Pros:

I liked majority of the staff. But one man we encountered was very rude.

Cons:

The pool was not very clean. You could tell they tried to put a crap load of chemicals to mask the darkness. The pool is super dark. If someone was under there, you wouldn’t be able to see them. There was a lot of hair in the water when you were swimming around you would be like oh my God I have hair stuck to my hand. Somehow my kids kept finding it. And they should put some type of texture on the pool floor because a lot of kids kept slipping. I never saw an adult slip, but I saw several children slip. Also in our hotel room I don’t know what these loose wires were that were on the floor, but I have small children and I didn’t know that was there for our entire stay until we were getting ready to leave and my kids kept hiding in the corner by these wires. Oh yes, and the ice machine kept spitting out some type of substance along with the ice it look like sheet rock or paint chips. I don’t know if the ice machine on the first floor also did the same thing but for sure on the third floor.

My stay was a great experience.

Pros:

The Receptionist lady( just forgot her name but she is a Hispanic grown lady with short hair) was extremely welcoming.
We waited in line, we witnessed her treating customers ahead of us so warmly.
Our turn came, she kept on with her warmth.
Told us all we needed to know.
Such a nice lady.
The scent on entering the main lobby was cool , clean and refreshing.
The rooms are clean.
The beds are very comfortable.
Ample parking space.
Loved it generally.

Cons:

I missed an exit on my way there so I ended up in some place that was quite so bushy but found myself finally making it to the venue.

checked out at 11:00. got out of bed to get water out of refrigerator, turned on lights, roaches. on counter, , got out of bed and checked out.. i will never stay at comfort again or my ball team. that wad11:00pm.horrible experience
