It was a suitable property for a short stay,but an upcharge to my room rate was totally unacceptable

Will Definitely Book Here Again

I didn't know what I was going to walk into as the reviews don't always tell a complete story these days. I'm happy to report that to upon entering the establishment, the atmosphere felt elevated and peaceful. Staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and clean, the location was a bit hidden but we could get to every place we wanted to visit with no problem. We booked through Booking.com and got an amazing price to boot. The hot breakfast was so thoughtful and stocked well. We had such a great experience that we even joined the. Rewards club before we left and plan on booking this hotel again if we ever go back to visit. Great experience!

Cons:

Wish the pretty fountain at the front was working. That would have been aesthetically pleasing. Also, we didn't get to use the pool because there was a ton of people in it which made it kind of gross. I didn't see if anyone cleaned it afterwards but I hope so.

Cons:

We booked a King Suite, but were given a double Queen suite. The receptionist said she couldn't change what she had given us? They ran out of places to park on site.
