Agradável uma vez que utilizamos o apartamento apenas para as refeições e dormidas.
Pros:

Facilidade de deslocação com paragem de autocarro à porta.

Cons:

Os sofás não eram confortáveis para 2 pessoas.
Éramos 7 e haviam apenas 5 cadeiras em casa.

Convenient bus route (bus #9 and 15), a room with basic furniture and amenities. Self serviced like an AirBnB.
Pros:

Bus stop is just outside the apartment. Kitchen area is available for all for light use.

Cons:

The bathroom for rooms in first floor is shared, and located at basement downstairs. Rooms are not much sound proofed.

Pros:

L'appartement est confortable, propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a une petite terrasse super sympa avec une très belle vue sur le coucher du soleil.
Tout le processus de check-in a été super simple.
J'ai pu laisser ma valise au sous-sol et revenir le récupérer après sans problème.
C'est également assez central à 15min de la gare et de l'aéroport en voiture.

Cons:

La proximité avec l'aéroport fait que le bruit des avions peut perturber mais je le savais avant de venir et pour une nuit, c'était ok. Peut-être à investir dans de l'isolation plus performante pour les fenêtres pour réduire le bruit.

Startende vliegtuigen gaan erg (erg!) laag over. Geen veilige fietsenstalling (buiten op oprit aan eigen ketting)

Pros:

Da localização! Excelente com uma paragem de autocarro à porta. A casa era quentinha.

Cons:

Fizemos reserva para 6 e apenas haviam 5 cadeiras à mesa. Limpeza deuxou muito a desejar. O congelador tem tanto gelo que mal lá cabem as garrafas. A loiça bastante envelhecida e as facas com bastante ferrugem. Fomos alertados que estávamos a fazer demasiado barulho pela hora de almoço. Sinceramente não nos apercebemos até porque não tinhamos crianças mas isso acabou por condicionar muito a estadia ao ponto de andarmos a sussurrar em casa! Casa de banho muito antiga. Roupa de cama muito envelhecida...não existe televisão. No fim apenas varremos porque não encontrámos 1 pá. A vassoura também já estava toda deformada. Apenas nos deixaram 1 saco do lixo por usar.

Live vor Ort nichts

Cons:

So lieblos eingerichtet...alte Möbel...irgenswas zusammengestellt...die Bettwäsche war komplett zerknittert....sauber war es auch nicht wirklich...90€ die Nacht....keine Fernseher...nichts....und isoliert ist es auch nicht...
