We liked the location and cleanliness of the place. We saw, rhat walking to GEM is complicated amd takes time, thus we took Uber for 80 pounds.
I ordered one single with private bathroom and 2 rooms with a free upgrade to family superior with a private bathroom, coffee making machine, 3 beds and free chocolate. Instead of this, we were provided one simple double, one single with SHARED bathroom and one simple double with SHARED bathroom. It took too much time and energy to fight with reception for what we ordered... Finally we were tired of this and we came into consensus with one superior family room, one simple double with private bathroom and one single with shared bathroom. The guy at the reception speak almost no English. At the beginning he told, that there are no other rooms and he was not able to change, but later he let us choose from more options.
Hotel jest położony naprzeciwko muzeum i na piechotę jest około 15 minut znając skrót. Warto zapytać w recepcji. Pokoje są czyste i uważam stosunek jakości do ceny za bardzo dobry.

the staff were so helpful. From arrival at the airport, car waiting, hotel staff member there to help and sort any requirements. The help to provide a driver/guide service, Samir proved an excellent driver/guide Ali took care of return transport. No problems..
Roof top restaurant has a wonderful view and breakfast is enormous. I wish i could cook eggs like that.
Perhaps an extra towel rail in the bathroom.

No water supply after 9pm until morning. Couldn't even flush the toilet. Staff said wait one hour, then wait ten minutes, but nothing came.
Check in was confusing as I wasn't asked to pay for room. Staff need better training on procedure.
