Pros:

The staff was welcoming and gave us some useful tips about the town. Everything regarding the accomodation was fine. There is a kitchen and terrace to relax.

No salía agua caliente ..luego lo arreglaron pero no salía lo suficientemente caliente.en el baño había un jabón pegado de no se cuanto tiempo.

Front door guy was funny and accommodating. Beds and shower were nice.

Cons:

The stairs! Lots of stairs, maybe 7 or 8 flights of stairs to get to the hotel. Don't underestimate them!
