Staff molto accogliente e disponibile.
L’ostello disponeva di un servizio colazione a pagamento molto buono e adattabile all’orario richiesto.

Cons:

L’indirizzo scritto su Booking non è corretto, l’ostello si trova a due civici affianco: contattare il gestore prima del vostro arrivo per capire la posizione giusta.

Pros:

Très belle auberge, vue magnifique depuis la chambre et les espaces communs !
Le petit déjeuner très tôt avant l'ascension des 2000 escaliers est un vrai plus ! Merci beaucoup Max pour l'accueil :)

人の温かさに触れた。
Pros:

宿で働いている方々がとてもフレンドリーで優しかった。ケータイが壊れて困っていた私を助けてくれて、次の宿への連絡までしてくれた。おすすめのレストランやランドリーサービス等、何を聞いても適切な返答をしてくれた。

階段が長いので足腰が丈夫な人におすすめ。

Great deal, better view!
Pros:

This is an excellent deal! My friends were staying closer to the traintracks down the hill and paying the same for a shared dorm and shared bathroom. Max at the front desk was super helpful and kind. Very chill, easy place to stay. I tried to stay a second night but they were full.

Cons:

Some sound carries from the third floor lounge into the second floor rooms so definitely bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. It is also in a residential area and one of the neighbors was doing some kind of power tool project till late. I was able to sleep well, even still!

El personal, el chico era muy agradable.

Cons:

Cogimos el hotel para unas horas para descansar entre salida de Machupichu y tren, avisamos con antelación que lo querríamos a la hora de inicio del chekin y la habitación no estuvo lista hasta las 13h, una después. Estaban las instalaciones a medio recoger y la habitación sin preparar.

La vista dalla camera e dalla zona comune.

Cons:

Ho appoggiato l’asciugamano in bagno sulla cassettta ed ed si è sporcato di una strana sostanza gialla. Sulle piastrelle del bagno c’erano i peli della barba dell’ospite precedente. L’acqua calda non andava. Il vetro della finestra era rotto e cadevano pezzi di vetro, il pannello della porta de bagno veniva via. La finestra del bagno non si riusciva a chiudere. Non forniscono nemmeno un asciugamano. La colazione è inqualificabile per il prezzo che ha.
