Pros:

Comfortable stay with smooth service. The room was quiet and had everything I needed. Only issue was the hot water was inconsistent at times.

Rude staff, don't book through booking.com with your card.
Cons:

The reception didn't have any idea how booking.com works. They have listed there hotel with card payment option only there was no indication about payment at arrival. So i booked the hotel with my card. But i kept on receiving emails from fabhotel mentioning to pay the money or the accommodation will be cancelled. I made a payment of 517 INR expecting the remaining amount will be deducted from my card through booking.com. when my father arrived at hotel the reception were super rude and didn't understand the situation and kept threating me and my father to pay in cash and asked me to call booking.com for our payment resolution. Such a rude behaviour and they didn't have any patience. Why do they list there hotel in booking.com of they don't know how to handle the clients from it.
Finally my father paid the cash as he didn't want to go look for other hotel.

Overally it was wonderful stay
Pros:

As i have recently stayed proprty was good and staffs were also very polite and helpful
