Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Anaheim Convention Center

La propreté n'y était pas du tout, cheveux sur les serviettes, serviettes tachées (peut être propres tachées mais ça rebute un peu...), poussiere dans les coins. De plus, pas de seche cheveux, pas de savon rien. Le Frigo faisait un bruit monstrueux j'ai du le debrancher pour pouvoir dormir. Pour une nuit ou deux ca passe au vu de l'emplacement idéal et du tarif moins cher que d'autres, mais si vous considerez un séjour plus long je ne recommanderai pas.

Room was outdated. Details need it work. I think the towels could have been rolled up and put in its shelf a little more presentable.

It was dirty and the hallway had a funky smell. The room was not maintained and it was not cleaned properly, one side of the stove top was not working and the light bulb above the stove was burnt out. I had to go out my way to go buy cleaning/disinfecting products to clean the room. The shower had hairs and the hallway was dirty, seemed like vacuum had not been passed in days. Noticed a lot of homeless people in the area and some walk or pass by in bikes looking inside cars so please do not leave valuables in plain sight.

With all the build up and excitement of this out of state birthday trip for our soon to be two daughter, the stay at the Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Anaheim Convention Center was cut short on 6/3/26 d/t an unprofessional and unsympathetic staff which includes as was stated to me the sites general manager and desk clerk! We encountered a knock on the door in the early AM hours d/t placing linen outside the room that we where staying in for our daughters birthday trip to Disneyland to which the stay was already paid for! Unfortunately during this trip our daughter became ill and soiled the linen being the reason I placed it outside wrapped up with no exposure to what happened until seeing about our daughters well being which is priority, upon following up with having the linen outside the door which has nothing in there policy for not doing so and is normal to do when traveling and being in hotels! Not asked but rudely demanded of the removal from the hall way with no regard to anyone’s well being nor respect was very dismal and with no consideration a call was soon followed with no professionalism and rudeness demanding that we check out of the establishment even with removing the linen from the hall as demanded to with no confrontation! With the call being placed and our daughter finally getting to sleep and getting some rest after a horrible night for her I informed the desk clerk that I will come down to discuss the matter! Long story short there was no reconciliation to which I then asked to be refunded the rest of the nights booked and given a receipt and the desk clerk complied that it will be given when I checked out! Upon checking out a different desk clerk said that the transaction will be sent through booking.com and as of this message nothing has been addressed! Even with checking in the staff had to verify if the room was clean and ready which it was not as we found our feet dirty just by walking on the floor!

Didn’t enjoy the smell of drugs in the halls and all the guys drinking and smoking around the parking lot. Not a place to bring young kids.

I had weird yellow stain on one of the beds.. didn’t sleep on that one.

Room was bad. All “included amenities” like hair dryer you have to go pick up from the front desk. The whole place was scuffed up and worn. The microwave didn’t work and was rusted where it would crackle and pop if you tried to use it. The door for the bathroom has to be shoved open or closed because it can’t open all the way with the counter. The stopper in the bathtub didn’t work.

The room assigned had not been cleaned and I had to request a new room

I had called before I made the booking to make sure that they could accommodate a late check-in around midnight. I was told this was not an issue and they have a 24 hour front desk, so I booked the room and left a note that I would be checking in late, no other communication was received from the hotel after this. On the day of my check-in, I called to let them know of my arrival time, in which the person informed me that the “pay at the property” option does not guarantee my booking if I am not checked in at a certain time. he could not tell me what this deadline would be and stated it is just up to the system and can be anywhere between 11 PM to 2:30 AM and even that is not guaranteed but if I wanted to be checked in over the phone, I would have to fill out a credit card authorization form and basically pay before I am even there which defeats the whole purpose of choosing a “pay at the property” option. This sounds like information that should have been disclosed prior. if I had not called, I would not have known this information and would have risked losing my reservation and have been stranded.

It appears there’s long time residents living there. Smokers by the windows. Homelessness. Trashes full.
