the noise level is bad but nice room

The lady that checked me in the first time was nice 😊

One of the front desk attendants Julie at first was coo until my Autistic Son greeted another parent that we did see the day prior checking in with his Son the same age, Julie was rude by saying she was sorry on behalf of my Son Behavior 😡 who has ASD and I feel it’s was rude of her to say that cause as his Mother 🥰 I never sorry for my Son being who he is, he was not harming anyone smh he just went in engaged with someone he seen from prior, the Dad had no problem with my son greeting him with contact 😊 Dad understood however, I did speak with Julie n told her how I felt n it was okay after, I gave her a review based on her helping me get another room cause the room prior was too noisy :( but not okay as a parent to be sorry for someone else child, when my son is handsome n smart 💯 autistic speaks :)

This review has absolutely nothing to do with the property. The property was great. The problem is booking.com. Gave me a reservation that did not exist in extended stay system. They did not have a room available for me. I was there for over two hours. The gentleman on the Night Shift was kind enough to let me sit in the lobby While I tried to get in touch with your so-called 24 hour hotline you guys scammed me I want my money back. It’s a no-brainer. I also feel like I should be compensated for the fact that I waited until 4 AM trying to get in touch with you guys before. Finally, I had to go stay in a little crappy motel down the road Because you guys screwed me over not only that he said there’s been four or five other occasions where people come in with a confirmation number from you guys and there’s no room for them so clearly something is messed up on your end.

Cons:

It’s not the property that’s the problem it’s booking.com giving me a false number that didn’t even exist in their system. There was no room for me.

Great budget friendly option, as long as your not a germaphobe and the pool was smaller than a tub.

Cons:

Room was outdated and dirty. Greasy to the touch, and counter with the coffee maker was gross from a prior tenant (spilled sticky, visually dirty and obviously not cleaned after last tenant. Also my sheets had stains on it as did the mattress 🤢

The check in girl, she said the tap payment wasn’t working even though I’ve used it multiple times, then the internet was so slow it effected my cash app payment, then she said I can’t accept that card, it’s was the only one I had…the refrigerator buzzed for 3 nights, was told manager was out and didn’t know when he’d return, it’s was a financial nightmare…fireworks were great, but morning staff unfriendly, gave selective cheerfulness…

Disappointment so we only stayed one night.

no hot chocolate, only 1 spoon left, few and poor choices even for a continental breakfast.
Short on supplies.
