Location is amazing
The staff is very friendly. The facilities are great and I'll definitely recommend Posada Arcoiris.

Right on beach, but apt. set back in lush tropical landscape
That the beach was upfront
No microwave
El lugar es hermoso. Inmerso en la vegetación, los animalitos y la naturaleza. El personal muy amable y la limpieza se hace a diario. La ubicación también es excelente: frente al mar.
Cuando llegamos la habitación no estaba tan limpia. Las sábanas estaban con arena del mar. El lugar tiene muchos mosquitos debido a la vegetación. No había agua caliente en la ducha.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Top floor room was comfortable and quiet. Outdoor shared spaces between guests provided social experiences but lacked privacy.
A car alarm was allowed to go all night long at the adjacent property. Seemed only when we suggested calling the police or offering to disable the car alarm ourselves did they take it serious enough to do anything about it.

My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was great, there's a beach with sunbeds right in front too! And guests get a 20% discount at the restaurant. Very easy to organise transport to and from the airport and ferry terminal :)
The WiFi wasn't great but otherwise I don't have anything negative to say!

The location in West End was great. Just a short walk to everything. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
Not a value for the price - two nights for $263 ?? A good price would have been $100 at the most. Shower didn't work, just dribbles of water. No microwave, a minimum need. Basically, two beds, a small table and two chairs (from the porch area). It should have been better described in the booking.com ad. Only one photo of the building from across the beach. Too many surprises when we got there.
Awesome location on the beach, but there is no private beach and the boats dock infront of hotel so not that great for swimming. Also arranging a taxi to airport is difficult as I could not go the hour requested and had to go an hour earlier, they can’t call another taxi. Hotel is dated and cats are around and come into your room

The location was great, it was centrally located to many restaurants and right across the street from the beach. The Wifi was strong and reliable. The rooms were clean and the whole property had lush tropical vegetation which was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was not any breakfast at this hotel but, there were several nearby restaurants. I was a solo traveler and I would say the biggest issue was that the door curtains do not go the whole way to the top of the window and I did have someone looking in the window while I was in bed. I was a bit concerning so I improvised to block the rest of the window after that. My room did not include a kitchenette, just a small refrigerator. A coffee maker would have been nice. I also did not have a hammock,which I was looking forward to, so that was disappointing.
