Pros:

the premise is clean, and the staff service is fast. restaurant offers good food. location is also good near Siliguri junction. you can find other eateries around this area and you can book cab or auto easily from this point.

Cons:

only mocktails are available and no cocktail are available.

Convenient, economical stay
Pros:

Very reasonable price
Convenient for an overnight stay after travelling back from Darjeeling on the toy train. We got off the train in Siliguri rather than continuing to NJP.
Good food in the restaurant
Large comfortable room (they'd upgraded us as well)
We used their airport taxi in the morning and the price was very good. Many hotels seem to massively overcharge for this service, but the Loft didn't.

Cons:

The only thing was the hairdryer didn't work.

Spacious room, good breakfast buffet
Pros:

We stayed here for 1 night. Got a nice room upgrade which was spacious and clean. Shower was hot, and room had nice decoration. Room was quiet. The breakfast buffet was good with both local and western options.

Cons:

Unfortunately the mattress had a big dent on one side which was uncomfortable. Also I would recommend adding hooks in the room to hang up towels (not in the shower).
