Chambre parfaite espace bien être trop petit pour l'affluence

L'hôtel est très bien situé les chambres sont confortables la literie également le personnel est très compétent et aux petits soins.

Cons:

L'espace bien être (hammam, sauna, piscine) était surchargé lors de notre venue, nous n'avons pas pu avoir de transat nous avons du poser nos serviettes au sol, et n'avons pas profité des espaces d'eau surchargés. Cela est dommage pour une nuit à 300 euros. Toutefois à tempérer vis à vis de votre visite avons séjourné dans l'hôtel un week end de Saint Valentin cela explique peut être l'affluence.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima: vicino alla fermata del tram per l’aeroporto e ai margini della città vecchia. Camera comoda calda ben insonorizzata e moderna.

Cons:

La piscina e la spa sono per 10/15 persone massimo. In un hotel con 120 camere, l’utilizzo è praticamente impossibile.
Alla reception ci sono 2/3 persone a gestire ogni cosa: per un hotel di queste dimensioni si possono formare attese di 30 minuti (come nel mio caso).
La hall sembra quella di un ostello.
La colazione non è mai compresa e va pagata a parte: costo 35€ a testa!!!!! Follia.
Il personale non è particolarmente amichevole.
In camera una sola bottiglietta d acqua per due persone.
