Estuvo muy bien, un tirón de orejas por el desayuno
Pros:

La habitación es muy cómoda, una buena cama amplia, la higiene muy correcta. La ubicación me resultó apropiada para mi viaje. El equipamiento también muy bien. El personal de la recepción siempre fue muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno no era muy completo, y además, algunas cosas faltaban un día y al siguiente faltaban otras. Piña, pan, yogur...

super séjour à Cali Grenada, sortie le soir jusqu'à avenida 9N aller retour sans problème.
Pros:

appartement trés vaste, trés confortable, calme malgré la rue passante en bas (3éme étage). terrasse de l'appartement agréable le soir. super terrasse panoramique au 6ème étage pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

wifi capricieux, connexion difficile et instable. une fois connecté ça va mieux. la salle de gym est trés mal équipée mais par contre elle est au 6ème sur la grande terrasse. J'ai pu faire mes exercices quotidiens au soleil du matin mais sans matériel. 0 vaisselle à part 2 verres.

Certains employés étaient très aimable.

Cons:

Sale ... la serpillière n'a jamais été passée. on marche en chaussettes propres elle ressortent noire.

Petit déjeuner peu varié.... autant manger dehors pour ce qui est proposé. Sur 4 jours .... nous avons eu des Arepas une seule fois ... parfois il n'y avait pas de fromage... bref vraiment moyen.

L'appartamento è ampio e ben tenuto, il personale è gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Le stanze non sono insonorizzate, lo specchio in bagno andrebbe illuminato meglio e si dovrebbe poter lasciare accesa l'aria condizionata quando si esce, se rimane accesa solo quando si è in appartamento rimarrà sempre caldo. Per cui o dormi col getto del condizionatore puntato addosso e ti ammali o dormi al caldo.

Fantastic, would definitely return
Pros:

The members of staff were exceptionally helpful - I had a bit of an issue with my assigned room, and they rectified it so quickly, which was appreciated after my flight. The breakfast was hearty, with a decent variety of options. I felt very comfortable and secure for the duration of my stay. Would definitely recommend!
