Am avut rezervata o camera dubla pentru 4 nopti. Camera cu ferestrele spre raul Timis, cu loc de luat masa, cu frigider si plita electrica(in caz ca ai nevoie sa incalzesti ceva, dar numai daca ai oale proprii). Baia mare, curata, dotata cu ceea ce ai nevoie. Prosoape schimbate zilnic. Incalzirea din pardoseala este extraordinara! Micul dejun bogat, cu produse proaspete, iar daca doresti sa servesti pranzul sau cina, restaurantul este deschis pana la 21. Personalul hotelului primitor, gata permanent sa rezolve problemele care apar.

- Die Größe des Zimmers war gut
- Die Lage vom Hotel ist zentral und man erreicht schnell die Stadtmitte
- Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe! Es gab teilweise kein Brot und Besteck. Speisen, die warm gehalten werden sollten waren kalt, man musste als Gast das Personal darauf aufmerksam machen, dass etwas am Frühstückbuffet fehlte!!!
Es gab kein Wasser, kein Saft, keine Butter, nur Kaffee. Es gab jeden Tag nur Weißbrot.
- Das Personal war teilweise unfreundlich und wirkte genervt, wenn man etwas fragte.
- In den Fluren und Zimmern war ein abgestandener Geruch
- Der Wasserhahn im Zimmer war nicht geputzt und verkalkt, ebenso war das Zimmer staubig
- Mit dem Hotel war ausgemacht, dass ein Taxi uns vom Flughafen abholt. Es wartete kein Taxi am Flughafen auf uns und vom Hotel sprach uns auch nie einer an, ob alles geklappt habe.
-WLAN war oft weg und schwach.

Small details to level it up and match it for the value of the price, for example cutlery in the apartments, missing light bulbs or parts of furniture etc. Also the reception host, was kind and nice, however he needs to be more hospitable and knowledgeable about his work.
Lepo zamišljeno, ima šarma. Krevet udoban.
Prostran dnevni boravak odvojen od spavaće sobe.
Kupatilo tesno jer ima ogromnu kadu koja zauzima sav prostor. Spavaća soba mala.
Dusche hat nicht funktioniert
L'appartamento spazioso e funzionale, era tutto nuovo, bello il terrazzo, ci hanno fatto parcheggiare la moto all'ingresso sotto le telecamere, zona tranquilla e accesso alla ciclabile sul fiume. Staff gentilissimo e cordiale.
Mi dispiace aver avuto la cucina e di non poter cucinare per la mancanza delle stoviglie, lo staff si è reso subito disponibile per procurarci tutto.
