In addition to this, there is an extensive network of roads that connects Pancevo with many cities and towns: the state road of the first B row 10 (E-70) (Belgrade - Pancevo - Vrsac - Romania), the state road of the first B row 14 (Pancevo - Kovin - Ralja) and the state road of the second A row 130 (Ečka - Kovačica - Jabuka - Pancevo).
• By train - given the proximity to the capital, from Belgrade to Pancevo runs BG train, which departs from the Danube Railway Station, and leads to the main bus station Pancevo. It is held during the first three days of November in the Cultural Center of Pancevo.
• Ethno.com festival - through concerts, workshops and scientific programs combines the music of the Balkans with the styles of the Middle East, Africa and Asia, as well as those created on the heritage of European nations. The indoor pool is available all year round and features a large Olympic-size pool as well as a small hot water pool. Working hours are: from Tuesday to Friday from 11 am to 5 pm, on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 noon to 4 pm, and the ticket price for children is 105 dinars. A large outdoor pool is available during the three summer months, and opening hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 every day.

• Excursion sites - perfect places to relax and enjoy the natural environment, which creates clean air. The most famous area is the Ponjavica Nature Park, which is located only 15 kilometers from Pancevo. It is a protected area, in which there are 100 diverse plant species, forest and swamp-swamp vegetation, as well as 40 species of birds and 20 fish species living in the river Ponjavica.
• Ivanovacka Ada Nature Reserve - 21 kilometers from Pancevo is an area that was created as a remnant of floodplain forests that once dominated the Danube islands. The reserve is a hell 2 to 7 kilometers wide, on which there are poplars, white willows, ash and pedunculate oak. Excursionists and anglers will be delighted with the parts of the Danube and Zimovnik, which are ideal for creating photos.
• Deliblato Sands - European Sahara and the largest desert in Europe is located about 30 kilometers from Pancevo and is a set of amazing natural phenomena. It is 35 kilometers long and 11 kilometers wide. Various endangered species live in this area: 40 species of rare plants, 1500 insects and 39 species of mammals, among which are the wolf and the eagle crusader. The most interesting tourist sites are Čardak and Devojački bunar.
• City forest - an area that you can reach in just a few minutes by boat (which runs from the city quay from 11 am to midnight), and which is located on the right bank of the Thames. It is a settlement for numerous bird species, including an endangered species: the black stork. There are pedunculate oak trees, white and black poplars and willows, among which black and wild pigs roam freely.

• Early history - The city lies on a dense network of remnants of ancient necropolises, dating back to the Neolithic period, 5500 BC. Pancevo was first mentioned as a separate city in the 9th century, under the names Panuka, Panucsa, Panoca and Panzova. From the 16th to the 18th century, the city belonged to the Turks, and in 1794 it was liberated and turned into a free town. At the beginning of the 19th century, the city received its first urban development and became a real city community. Then the first institutions were built, trade and crafts were strengthened, and churches were created: Orthodox, Catholic, Jewish.
• Recent History - At the end of the First World War, Vojvodina was annexed to Serbia, and then Pancevo became an official part of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. Another important moment for the city is the expulsion of the occupiers and the end of the Second World War, after which there is an accelerated development of industry and a large influx of population to Pancevo. That period was crucial for turning Pancevo into one of the largest industrial centers not only in Vojvodina but in the whole of Serbia. Apart from industry, then cultural institutions also developed, archeological excavations were carried out and Pancevo's connection with film developed.

• Geography - Pancevo is a city located in the southeastern part of Europe, the northern part of Serbia, in the southern part of the Province of Vojvodina, Banat region. Pancevo is the city and the seat of the municipality, the economic and cultural center of southern Banat. It is located on the border with the municipalities: Kovacica, Alibunar, Kovin and the city of Belgrade, and its southern border is on the Danube. It is one of the largest cities in Vojvodina, called the gate of Banat and the crossroads of railway and road connections to Belgrade, Zrenjanin, Kovin and Smederevo. • Cultural development - Like almost all cities in Vojvodina, Pancevo can be defined as a space where culture was an extremely important feature. More than 15 cultural institutions have been developed in it: the Cultural Center, the City Library, the National Museum, the Historical Archive, the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, the Youth Center, the Cultural Center and 9 cultural centers in populated areas.
