PESIMA ESTADIA EN EL HOTEL, INCLUIDO ALACRAN EN LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL

Cons:

Las habitaciones presentaban UN PÉSIMO ESTADO DE ASEO, los COLCHONES ERAN EXTREMADAMENTE DUROS y se evidenciaron GRAVES FALLAS EN LA BIOSEGURIDAD DEL HOTEL, al presenciar la presencia de un ALACRÁN DENTRO DE LA HABITACIÓN DE OTRO HUÉSPED, INCLUSO SUBIÉNDOSE A LA CAMA.

Por estos hechos, nos vimos obligados a CANCELAR LA ESTADÍA y a SOLICITAR EL REINTEGRO DEL DINERO CORRESPONDIENTE A LAS NOCHES NO UTILIZADAS.

Hasta el momento, NO HEMOS RECIBIDO NINGUNA RESPUESTA. El hotel únicamente pretende ofrecer CAMBIOS DE FECHAS O DESCUENTOS PARA FUTURAS ESTADÍAS, alternativas que NO SON ACEPTABLES DE NUESTRA PARTE, ya que EXIGIMOS EL REEMBOLSO DE LAS NOCHES NO USADAS, como corresponde ante el INCUMPLIMIENTO DEL SERVICIO.

Terminé cancelando la reserva porque cuando llegue a la señora que atendía le parecía que era muy barato en lo que habían dejado la habitación incluido el desayuno, adicional me dice que debería haber pagado la reserva antes de llegar. No fue el mejor recibimiento y cambiando las condiciones de la reserva.

Habían cabellos en toda la habitación, cada vez que necesitaba salir un vehículo tocaba mover la camioneta porque no había espacio de estacionamiento es un pasillo donde se deja .los carros , así que si un huésped sale a las 4 o 5 de la mañana o a la hora que salga hay que bajar a mover el carro, el personal de servicio abre las puestas sin tocar en 2 oportunidades nos abrieron la puerta de la habitación , desde temprano colocan un parlante con exceso de volumen que no permite descansar y es todo el día , que decepción

Nada la verdad, la piscina es bonita solo en fotos. Todo se ve sucio y falto de mantenimiento.

No me gustó nada, la piscina está falta de mantenimiento, llovió y se nos entró todo el agua a la habitación mojándose nuestra ropa y otros elementos personales, notificamos y al parecer ya están acostumbrados a que esto pase. Nos dijeron que iba a ir a secar y limpiar todo y nunca fueron, con esto quiero conectar con la atención del personal la cual fue pésima. La comida un plato diminuto pero eso si, bien costoso. El desayuno casi una hora esperando para recibir a lo mucho huevo y medio revuelto completamente frío y desabrido. La peor experiencia que he tenido en booking.
