It is ok to sleep one night, cheap for Taipei.
Pros:

Convenient location, many shops and restaurants nearby, MRT and big park in walking distance. Big rooms, bed is comfortable enough. Service is OK.

Cons:

Hotel outside and inside looks very worn, musty and in need of repair and updating. Room was with smoke smell, shabby walls, plaster was falling off the walls, the bathtub creaked underfoot. Poor breakfast options.

Pros:

Access from Taoyuan International Airport is quite easy and comfortable by MRT (Airport rapid train). 6-7 minutes walking distance from Sanchong station (next to Taipei Main Station). Free breakfast is typical Taiwanee style, not so much choices rather than European style buffe. The building is not so new and utilities are neither, but reasonable for the price.
