I loved every thing
Very short walk to the beach. Great vibes, decor, history, and friendly staff. We were able to rent 2 bedroom a family suite.
Location is great for crossfit comp. At Ocean center. Jason at the front desk really when out of his way to help me out. Great people there.
It's the birthplace of Nascar. Location !!! On-site parking. And the staff was VERY friendly!!
It was just run down. The furniture was old and beat up and ragged out. I can clearly understand it's basically right on the beach.I get it's gonna be sandy, but I felt like I was standing on the beach in my room.
Not that it was dirty it just was not clean.
The shower soap was empty. There was a little bit of conditioner left.
The TV channels were horrible, very hard to figure out, no guide, etc.
It stated on the website that it was a beachfront hotel, but it's technically not because the beach is across the street. It was not a big deal though. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The site said the rooms have microwaves which I've always had in rooms, but mine didn't have one and I was informed it's for certain rooms and suites. (The front desk and bar were nice and did warm up food for us that we bought.)I was not aware of that when I booked the room. Also, I knew they didn't provide breakfast which I usually
book hotels that do, but it was a last minute trip so not a big deal. I didn't realize that it would be music playing from the rooftop bar at night, until I checked in where you're informed and sign if that's a problem. I could hear it in my room,but it wasn't super loud where it kept me from rest or hearing the TV,etc. One thing I wasn't crazy about, the shower has only one side with glass the other side was open it was weird. Also, I didn't like that I could hear the guest next door, because we had adjoining rooms.

I had the best weekend staying at this hotel. This is a perfect spot for a nice getaway. The locations of the hotel made it convenient for my friends & I to walk to the beach and the restaurants nearby. The workers were very kind & welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar was breathtaking, the views from above is spectacular. Overall I would stay at this hotel again.

Thin walls, musty smell in the hallway, both lounge and restaurant were closed during our visit.
Property was close to Ocean Deck bar which was really fun and I got a good deal by booking earlier for Daytona 500 weekend.
The hotel is in need of a renovation. My TV controller didn’t work. The shower in my friend’s room didn’t work.
Bed are comfy close proximity to a lot of things beach restaurants bars.
Terribly dirt and the staff is unfriendly and not willing to assist. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. Dust on everything and it is really run down. I get that’s it’s old but the furniture was in terrible shape and that can be upgraded.

The water gets cold super fast almost luke-warm always.
They cancelled our booking the day before arrival even though we made our reservation months in advance. They offered us a room at a sister hotel that was booking for $50 a night less than the one we paid for but wouldn’t offer a discount to stay at the smaller place with fewer amenities and bad reviews. We declined and booking.com promptly refunded us but the hotel itself should have notified us long before that. It was due to renovations and they had to know about their plans more than one day before our stay. Shame on them for trying to bait and switch us to their other rooms and expecting us to pay full price. We won’t use their hotels again know their tactics
We did not stay there because they cancelled our room the day before our check in but AFTER our charges had been processed. See above.
