Pros:

I found the hotel excellent; the reception, service, cleanliness, and security were outstanding, and the staff were very professional and courteous. Many thanks to the hotel management and all the staff.

Cons:

I hope the hotel management takes steps to significantly enhance operations—specifically by adding a diverse breakfast selection featuring both Western and Egyptian/Oriental options—and improves the entrance to truly showcase the hotel's beauty and excellent management. I wish for this to become the finest hotel in Egypt. Best regards.

كل شي من دخولي الفندق واللوبي والغرف نظيفه ومرتبه واسعه والتكييف بارد والحمام اعزكم الله كذلك نظيف وواسع.. وأخص بالذكر والشكر الاستاذ/اسامه على والاستاذ/احمد محروس على اخلاقهم العاليه ومساعدتهم للجميع..للجميع كل الاحترام والتقدير

فقط قليل من الازعاج الشارع في فترات قليل وليس طول اليوم للغرف المطله على الشارع اما الغرف الخلفيه في هادئه تماما..

الفندق جيد جدا
Pros:

الغرف محدثة وجيدة جدا الكادر ودودين جدا المكان نضيف وموقع الفندق قرب كل شي نحتاجة

دخولك الفندق بداية وجود بوابين على الاقل 2 كأنهم مراقبين مدرسة
نعم امام اكثر لكن منظر غير طبيعي قبل دخول الرسبشن
